Sunan Ibn Majah 1638
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (رضئ الله تعالی عنہ) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) said: “Every good deed of the son of Adam (عليه السالم) will be multiplied manifold. A good deed will be multiplied ten times up to as many as seven hundred times, or as much as Allah (ع ز و ج ل) wills. Allah (ع ز و ج ل) says: ‘Except for fasting, which is for Me and I shall reward for it. He gives up his desire and his food for My sake.’ The fasting person has two joys, one when he breaks his fast and another when he meets his Lord. The smell that comes from the mouth of a fasting person is better before Allah (ع ز و ج ل) than the fragrance of musk.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: انسان کی ہر نیکی دس گنا سے سات سو گنا تک بڑھا دی جاتی ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے: سوائے روزے کے اس لیے کہ وہ میرے لیے خاص ہے، اور میں ہی اس کا بدلہ دوں گا، آدمی اپنی خواہش اور کھانا میرے لیے چھوڑ دیتا ہے، روزہ دار کے لیے دو خوشیاں ہیں: ایک افطار کے وقت اور دوسری اپنے رب سے ملنے کے وقت، اور روزے دار کے منہ کی بو اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک مشک کی بو سے بہتر ہے ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Insan ki har neeki das guna se saat so guna tak badha di jati hai, Allah Ta'ala farmata hai: Siwaye roze ke is liye ke woh mere liye khas hai, aur main hi is ka badla doon ga, aadmi apni khwahish aur khana mere liye chhod deta hai, roze daar ke liye do khushiyan hain: aik iftaar ke waqt aur doosri apne rab se milne ke waqt, aur roze daar ke munh ki boo Allah Ta'ala ke nazdeek musk ki boo se behtar hai
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ يُضَاعَفُ الْحَسَنَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ، يَقُولُ اللَّهُ: إِلَّا الصَّوْمَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ، يَدَعُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي، لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ، وَفَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِ، وَلَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ .
