Sunan Ibn Majah 1650
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (رضئ الله تعالی عنہ) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) said: ‘Do not anticipate Ramadan by fasting one or two days before, except for a man who has a habitual pattern of fasting, in which case let him fast.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: رمضان سے ایک دن یا دو دن پہلے روزہ نہ رکھو، الا یہ کہ کوئی آدمی پہلے سے روزے رکھ رہا ہو تو وہ اسے رکھے ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Ramadan se ek din ya do din pehle roza na rakho, ala yeh ke koi aadmi pehle se roze rakh raha ho to woh usay rakhe
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، وَالْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا تَقَدَّمُوا صِيَامَ رَمَضَانَ بِيَوْمٍ وَلَا بِيَوْمَيْنِ، إِلَّا رَجُلٌ كَانَ يَصُومُ صَوْمًا فَيَصُومُهُ .
