Sunan Ibn Majah 916
It was narrated that ‘Ammar bin Yasir said: “The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to say the Salam to his right and to his left, until the whiteness of his cheek could be seen (saying): ‘As-salamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullah, as-salamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullah.’”

عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اپنے دائیں اور بائیں جانب سلام پھیرتے تھے، یہاں تک کہ آپ کے رخسار کی سفیدی دکھائی دیتی، اور کہتے: «السلام عليكم ورحمة الله. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله»۔
Umar bin Yasir ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne daayen aur bayen janib salam phirte the, yahaan tak ke aap ke rukhsar ki safedi dikhayi deti, aur kehte: «Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah».
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ صِلَةَ بْنِ زُفَرَ، عَنْعَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ، حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ .
