Narrated Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: During the lifetime of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the sun eclipsed. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, led the people in prayer, then delivered a complete sermon. At the end, he narrated these words. When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, finished the prayer, he said: “Verily, the sun and the moon are not eclipsed because of the death or life of anyone, but they are two signs amongst the signs of Allah. So when you see an eclipse, hasten to prayer.” Imam Zuhri said that Hisham added in his narration, “When you see an eclipse, give charity and pray.”
سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے عہد مبارک میں سورج گرہن لگا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لوگوں کو نمازپڑھائی، پھر مکمّل حدیث بیان کی۔ آخر میں یہ الفاظ روایت کیے ہیں۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز سے فارغ ہوئے تو فرمایا: ”بیشک سورج اور چاند کو کسی شخص کی موت وحیا سے گرہن نہیں لگتا، لیکن وہ دونوں اللہ تعالیٰ کی نشانیوں میں سے دو نشانیاں ہیں۔ لہٰذا جب تم گرہن لگا دیکھو تو نماز کی طرف دوڑو۔ امام زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ اس میں ہشام نے یہ اضافہ بیان کیا ہے کہ ”جب تم گرہن لگا دیکھو تو صدقہ خیرات کرو اور نماز پڑھو۔“
Sayyida Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha bayan karti hain keh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke ahd mubarak mein suraj grahan laga to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne logon ko namaz parhayi phir mukammal hadees bayan ki akhir mein yeh alfaz riwayat kiye hain phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam namaz se farigh huye to farmaya beshak suraj aur chand kisi shakhs ki maut wa hayat se grahan nahin lagta lekin woh donon Allah Ta'ala ki nishaniyon mein se do nishaniyan hain lihaza jab tum grahan laga dekho to namaz ki taraf daudo Imam Zuhri farmate hain keh is mein Hisham ne yeh izafa bayan kiya hai keh jab tum grahan laga dekho to sadqa khairat karo aur namaz parho
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: خَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ، وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ: ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ، فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لا تَخْسِفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلا لِحَيَاتِهِ، وَلَكِنَّهُمَا آيَتَانِ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَافْزَعُوا إِلَى الصَّلاةِ" . وَهَذَا قَوْلُ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: وَزَادَ فِيهِ هِشَامٌ:" إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَتَصَدَّقُوا، وَصَلُّوا"
