Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1395
Urwah narrates from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) the event of the solar eclipse and says that when the sun brightened, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up and addressed the people. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praised and glorified Allah and then said: “Indeed, the sun and the moon are two signs amongst the signs of Allah. An eclipse does not occur because of the death or life of anyone. O Ummah of Muhammad! Verily, Allah feels great displeasure when any man or woman from amongst His slaves commits adultery. O Ummah of Muhammad! By Allah, or by the Being in whose hand is my soul, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much. Beware, have I conveyed (the message of Allah)?
جناب عروہ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے سورج گرہن لگنے کا واقعہ روایت کرتے ہیں اور کہتے ہیں کہ جب سورج روشن ہوگیا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے اور آپ نے لوگوں سے خطاب فرمایا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اللہ تعالیٰ کی حمد وثناء بیان کی پھر فرمایا: ”بلاشبہ سورج اور چاند اللہ تعالیٰ کی نشانیوں میں سے دو نشانیاں ہیں، جنہیں کسی شخص کی موت یا زندگی کی وجہ سے گرہن نہیں لگتا۔ اے اُمّت محمدیہ، بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ کو اُس وقت بڑی غیرت آتی ہے جب اُس کا کوئی بندہ یا بندی زنا کرتے ہیں۔ اے اُمّت محمدیہ، اللہ کی قسم یا اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے، اگر تم وہ سب کچھ جان لو جو میں جانتا ہوں تو تم بہت تھوڑا ہنسو اور بہت زیادہ رویا کرو۔ خبردار، کیا میں نے (اللہ کا دین) پہنچا دیا ہے؟“
Janab Urwa Sayyida Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha se suraj grahan lagne ka waqeya riwayat karte hain aur kehte hain ki jab suraj roshan hogaya to Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kharay huay aur aap ne logon se khitab farmaya, aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Allah Ta'ala ki hamd o sana bayan ki phir farmaya: "Bilashuba suraj aur chand Allah Ta'ala ki nishaniyon mein se do nishaniyan hain, jinhen kisi shakhs ki maut ya zindagi ki wajah se grahan nahin lagta. Aye ummat Muhammadiyah, beshak Allah Ta'ala ko us waqt badi ghairat aati hai jab us ka koi banda ya bandi zina karte hain. Aye ummat Muhammadiyah, Allah ki qasam ya is zaat ki qasam jis ke hath mein meri jaan hai, agar tum wo sab kuchh jaan lo jo main janta hun to tum bahut thora hanso aur bahut zyada roya karo. Khabar daar, kya maine (Allah ka deen) pahuncha diya hai?"
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي قِصَّةِ كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ، وَقَالَ: فَلَمَّا تَجَلَّتْ قَامَ، يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ، وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ آيَتَانِ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ لا يُخْسَفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ، وَلا لِحَيَاتِهِ، يَا أُمَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَاللَّهِ إِنْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ أَغْيَرَ مِنَ اللَّهِ أَنْ يَزْنِيَ عَبْدُهُ أَوْ أَمَتُهُ، يَا أُمَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَاللَّهِ أَوْ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ مَا أَعْلَمُ لَضَحِكْتُمْ قَلِيلا وَلَبَكَيْتُمْ كَثِيرًا، أَلا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟"
