كِتَابُ الصَّلَاةِ
Chapter on Recitation in the Eid Prayer,
بَابُ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْعِيدَيْنِ
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1441
Narrated by Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir and Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited Surah Al-A'la ("Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High") and Surah Al-Ghashiyah ("Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming?") (in the Eid prayers). And this (different recitation) is from the permissible differences (in the religion).
سیدنا نعمان بن بشیر اور سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہما کی روایات میں ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے (نماز عیدین میں) سورۃ الأعلى «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى» اور سورة الغاشية ( «هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ» کی قراءت کی۔ اور یہ (مختلف قراءت) جائز اختلاف کی قسم سے ہے۔
Sayyidna Nauman bin Bashir aur Samrah bin Jundub Radi Allahu Anhuma ki riwayat mein hai keh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne (Namaz Eidain mein) Surah Al-A'la «Sabbih Isma Rabbikal A'la» aur Surah Al-Ghashiyah «Hal Atak Hadisul Ghashiyah» ki qirat ki. Aur yeh (mukhtalif qirat) jaiz ikhtilaf ki qism se hai.
وَفِي خَبَرِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بِشِيرٍ، وَسَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" قَرَأَ بِـ: سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى وَ هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ" وَهَذَا مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْمُبَاحِ
