Chapter: What should be done with a Muhrim if he dies?

باب مَا يُفْعَلُ بِالْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا مَاتَ
Sahih Muslim 1206a
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that a person fell down from his camel (in a state of Ihram) and his neck was broken and he died. Thereupon Allah's Apostle. (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, bathe him with water mixed with the leaves of the lote tree and shroud him in his two (pieces of) cloth (Ihbram), and do not cover his head for Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection Pronouncing Talbiya.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، ایک آدمی اپنے اونٹ سے گر گیا اور اس کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی تو وہ مر گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اس کو پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اور اسے اس کے دونوں کپڑوں کا کفن دو اور اس کے سر کو نہ ڈھانپو کیونکہ قیامت کے دن اللہ اسے تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے اٹھائے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, ek aadmi apne oont se gir gaya aur uski gardan toot gai to woh mar gaya to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko pani aur beeri ke patton se ghusl do aur use uske donon kapdon ka kafan do aur uske sir ko na dhampo kyunki qiyamat ke din Allah use talbiyah kehte hue uthayega."
. Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported while a person was standing in 'Arafat with the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) he fell down from his camel and broke his neck. This was mentioned to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), whereupon he said, bathe him with water mixed with the leaves of the lote tree and shroud him in two (pieces of) cloth and neither perfume him nor cover his head. Ayyub said for Allah would raise him on the Day of Resurrection in the state of pronouncing Talbiya. Amr. however, said, verily Allah would raise him on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya. Sa'id bin Jubair narrated this Hadith on the authority of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) saying a person was standing with the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as he was in the state of Ihram. The rest of the Hadith is the same.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ اسی اثناء میں ایک شخص رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ عرفات میں ٹھہرا ہوا تھا کہ وہ اچانک اپنی سواری سے گر گیا، ایوب کی روایت میں، اسے سواری نے گرا کر گردن توڑ ڈالی یا گرا کر مار ڈالا، عمرو نے فَوَقَصَتْهُ کہا، گرا کر گردن توڑ دی، اس کا تذکرہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے کیا گیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اور اسے دو کپڑوں میں کفن دو، اسے خوشبو نہ لگاؤ اور اس کا سر نہ ڈھانپو“ ایوب کہتے ہیں، کیونکہ قیامت کے دن اللہ اسے تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے اٹھائے گا، عمرو کہتے ہیں، کیونکہ قیامت والے دن اللہ تعالیٰ اسے اٹھائے گا، وہ تلبیہ کہہ رہا ہو گا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke isi asna mein ek shakhs Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath Arafaat mein thehra hua tha ke woh achanak apni sawari se gir gaya, Ayub ki riwayat mein, use sawari ne gira kar gardan tod dali ya gira kar maar dala, Amr ne "fawaqasathu" kaha, gira kar gardan tod di, uska tazkira Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke samne kiya gaya to Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Use pani aur beeri ke patton se ghusl do aur use do kapdon mein kafan do, use khushboo na lagao aur uska sir na dhampo." Ayub kehte hain, "Kyunki qiyamat ke din Allah use talbiyah kehte hue uthayega." Amr kehte hain, "Kyunki qiyamat wale din Allah Ta'ala use uthayega, woh talbiyah keh raha ho ga."
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ، بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ وَاقِفٌ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَفَةَ إِذْ وَقَعَ مِنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ - قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَأَوْقَصَتْهُ أَوْ قَالَ - فَأَقْعَصَتْهُ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو فَوَقَصَتْهُ - فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ وَلاَ تُحَنِّطُوهُ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ - قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو - فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي " . وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ نُبِّئْتُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّ رَجُلاً، كَانَ وَاقِفًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ . فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ مَا ذَكَرَ حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ .
Sahih Muslim 1206d
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that a person proceeded along with the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in the state of Ihram and fell down from his camel, his neck was broken, and he died. The Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, bathe him with water mixed with lote (leaves) and shroud him in two (pieces of) cloth and do'not cover his head for he would come on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک محرم آدمی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ آیا اور وہ اپنے اونٹ سے گر گیا، جس سے اس کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی اور وہ فوت ہو گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اور اسے اس کے دونوں کپڑے پہناؤ اور اس کا سر نہ ڈھانپو، کیونکہ یہ قیامت کے دن تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے آئے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek muharram aadmi Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath aaya aur woh apne oont se gir gaya, jisse uski gardan toot gai aur woh faut ho gaya to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko pani aur beeri ke patton se ghusl do aur use uske donon kapde pehnao aur uska sir na dhampo, kyunki yeh qiyamat ke din talbiyah kehte hue aayega."
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ يُونُسَ - عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ حَرَامًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَخَرَّ مِنْ بَعِيرِهِ فَوُقِصَ وَقْصًا فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَأَلْبِسُوهُ ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي " .
Sahih Muslim 1206e
Sa'id bin Jubair reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that a person proceeded with the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in the state of Ihram. The rest of the Hadith the is the same except that he the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is reported to have) said, ‘he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.’ Sa'id bin Jubair did not name the place where he fell down.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی احرام کی حالت میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ آیا، جیسا کہ مذکورہ بالا روایت میں ہے، صرف اتنا فرق ہے، اس میں یہ ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے قیامت کے دن تلبیہ کہنے والا اٹھایا جائے گا۔“ اور اس میں یہ اضافہ ہے کہ سعید بن جبیر نے گرنے کی جگہ کا نام نہیں لیا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke ek aadmi ehram ki halat mein Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath aaya, jaisa ke mazkoorah bala riwayat mein hai, sirf itna farq hai, is mein yeh hai, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko qiyamat ke din talbiyah kehne wala uthaya jayega." Aur is mein yeh izafa hai ke Sa'id bin Jubair ne girne ki jagah ka naam nahin liya.

حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی کو اس کی سواری نے گرا کر گردن توڑ دی، جبکہ وہ محرم تھا اور وہ مر گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اور اس کے دونوں کپڑوں کا کفن دو، اس کے سر اور چہرہ کو نہ ڈھانپو، کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن تلبیہ کہنے والا اٹھایا جائے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi ko uski sawari ne gira kar gardan tod di, jabke woh muharram tha aur woh mar gaya to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko pani aur beeri ke patton se ghusl do aur uske donon kapdon ka kafan do, uske sir aur chehra ko na dhampo, kyunki woh qiyamat ke din talbiyah kehne wala uthaya jayega."
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that when a person who was in the state of Ihram was in the company of the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), his camel broke his neck and he died. Upon this the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, bathe him with water (mixed with the leaves) of the lute tree and shroud him in his two (pieces of) cloth and, neither perfume him nor cover his head, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.
Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when a person who was in the state of Ihram was in the company of the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), his camel broke his neckand he died. Upon this the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said:
Bathe him with water (mixed with the leaves) of the lute tree and shroud him in his two (pieces of) cloth and, neither perfume him nor cover his head, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رضى الله عنهما ح . وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ، بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رضى الله عنهما أَنَّ رَجُلاً، كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُحْرِمًا فَوَقَصَتْهُ نَاقَتُهُ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلاَ تُمِسُّوهُ بِطِيبٍ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا " .

Sa'id bin Jubair reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that a camel broke the neck of its owner while he was in the state of lhram and he was at that time in the company of the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) commanded that he should be bathed with water mixed with (leaves of the) lote (tree) and no perfume should be applied to him and his head should not be covered, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talblya.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی کو اس کی اونٹنی نے گرا دیا اور اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی، جبکہ وہ محرم تھا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کے بارے میں حکم دیا کہ: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دیا جائے، اسے خوشبو نہ لگائی جائے اور نہ اس کا سر ڈھانپا جائے، کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن جمے ہوئے بالوں کی صورت میں اٹھایا جائے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi ko uski oontni ne gira diya aur uski gardan tod dali, jabke woh muharram tha to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne uske bare mein hukm diya ke: "Usko pani aur beeri ke patton se ghusl diya jaye, use khushboo na lagai jaye aur na uska sir dhampa jaye, kyunki woh qiyamat ke din jame hue baalon ki surat mein uthaya jayega."
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ، فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّ رَجُلاً، وَقَصَهُ بَعِيرُهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُغْسَلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَلاَ يُمَسَّ طِيبًا وَلاَ يُخَمَّرَ رَأْسُهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا .
Sahih Muslim 1206i
. Sa'id bin Jubair heard Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) as saying, a person came to Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) while he was in the state of lhram. He fell down from his camel and broke his neck. Thereupon Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) commanded to bathe him with water (mixed with the leaves of) the lote (tree), and shroud him in two (pieces of) cloth and not to apply perfume (to him), keeping his head out (of the shroud). Shu'ba said, he then narrated to me after this (the words), ‘keeping his head out, his face out, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.’
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس احرام کی حالت میں آیا، وہ اپنی اونٹنی سے گر گیا، اس نے اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا کہ: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے نہلایا جائے اور اسے دو کپڑوں کا کفن دیا جائے، اس کو خوشبو نہ لگائی جائے اور اس کا سر کفن سے باہر ہو“، شعبہ کہتے ہیں بعد میں استاد نے مجھے اس طرح روایت سنائی کہ اس کا سر اور چہرہ باہر ہو، کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن جمے ہوئے بالوں کے ساتھ اٹھایا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain ke ek aadmi Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas ehram ki halat mein aaya, woh apni oontni se gir gaya, usne uski gardan tod dali to Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne hukm diya ke: "Usko pani aur beeri ke patton se nehlaye jaye aur use do kapdon ka kafan diya jaye, usko khushboo na lagai jaye aur uska sir kafan se bahar ho," Sho'ba kehte hain baad mein ustad ne mujhe is tarah riwayat sunai ke uska sir aur chehra bahar ho, kyunki woh qiyamat ke din jame hue baalon ke saath uthaya jayega.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ قَالَ ابْنُ نَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بِشْرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَوَقَعَ مِنْ نَاقَتِهِ فَأَقْعَصَتْهُ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُغْسَلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَأَنْ يُكَفَّنَ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ وَلاَ يُمَسَّ طِيبًا خَارِجٌ رَأْسُهُ . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ ثُمَّ حَدَّثَنِي بِهِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ خَارِجٌ رَأْسُهُ وَوَجْهُهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا .

Sa`id bin Jubair reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the camel of a person broke the person’s neck as he was in the company of Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) commanded them (Companions) to wash him with water mixed (with the leaves of) the lote (tree) and to keep his face exposed. The narrator said, and his head (too), for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک آدمی تھا، اس کی اونٹنی نے اسے گرا کر اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی، جس سے وہ مر گیا تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے غسل دو، خوشبو اس کے قریب نہ لانا اور نہ اس کا چہرہ ڈھانپنا، کیونکہ قیامت کے دن یہ تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے اٹھایا جائے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath ek aadmi tha, uski oontni ne use gira kar uski gardan tod dali, jisse woh mar gaya to Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko ghusl do, khushboo uske qareeb na lana aur na uska chehra dhampna, kyunki qiyamat ke din yeh talbiyah kehte hue uthaya jayega."
حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، يَقُولُ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ - رضى الله عنهما - وَقَصَتْ رَجُلاً رَاحِلَتُهُ وَهُوَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَأَنْ يَكْشِفُوا وَجْهَهُ - حَسِبْتُهُ قَالَ - وَرَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ يُهِلُّ .
Sahih Muslim 1206k
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that there was a person in the company of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) whose camel broke his neck and he died. thereupon Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, wash him, but do not apply perfume and do not cover his face, for he would be raised (on the Day of Resurrection) pronouncing Talbiya.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک آدمی تھا، اس کی اونٹنی نے اسے گرا کر اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی، جس سے وہ مر گیا تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے نہلاؤ اور خوشبو اس کے قریب نہ لانا اور نہ اس کا چہرہ ڈھانپنا کیونکہ (قیامت کے دن) اسے تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے اٹھایا جائے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath ek aadmi tha, uski oontni ne use gira kar uski gardan tod dali, jisse woh mar gaya to Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Usko nehlao aur khushboo uske qareeb na lana aur na uska chehra dhampna kyunki (qiyamat ke din) use talbiyah kehte hue uthaya jayega."
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلٌ فَوَقَصَتْهُ نَاقَتُهُ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اغْسِلُوهُ وَلاَ تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا وَلاَ تُغَطُّوا وَجْهَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يُلَبِّي " .
