Sahih Muslim 1480t
Fatima bint Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that her husband divorced her with three pronouncements and Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) made no provision for lodging and maintenance allowance.
حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں، میرے خاوند نے مجھے تینوں طلاقیں دے دیں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے لیے رہائش اور نفقہ مقرر نہ کیا (کچھ بھی نہ دلوایا۔)
Hazrat Fatimah bint Qays (Razi Allahu Anha) bayan karti hain, mere khaawind ne mujhe teenon talaqen de din, to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne mere liye rehaish aur nafaqah muqarrar na kiya (kuch bhi na dilwaya).
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً .
