Chapter: It is permissible to take someone else to the house of one who you are certain will approve of that and will not mind. It is recommended to gather to eat

باب جَوَازِ اسْتِتْبَاعِهِ غَيْرَهُ إِلَى دَارِ مَنْ يَثِقُ بِرِضَاهُ بِذَلِكَ وَيَتَحَقَّقُهُ تَحَقُّقًا تَامًّا وَاسْتِحْبَابِ الاِجْتِمَاعِ عَلَى الطَّعَامِ
Sahih Muslim 2040f
Anas bin Malik (رضئ هللا ِتعالی عنہ) reported this Hadith (with a slight variation of wording). Then AlIah's Apostle (صلى ِهللا عليه و ِآله وسلم) ate, and the people of his house also ate. Still there was left a surplus, which they sent to their neighbors.
امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے یہی حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں اور اس میں یہ ہے، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور گھر والوں نے کھایا اور اتنا باقی چھوڑا جو پڑوسیوں تک پہنچایا گیا۔
Imam Sahib ek aur ustaad se yehi hadith bayan karte hain aur us mein yeh hai, phir Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) aur ghar walon ne khaya aur itna baqi chhoda jo padossiyon tak pahunchaya gaya.
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَقَالَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ أَكَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَكَلَ أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ وَأَفْضَلُوا مَا أَبْلَغُوا جِيرَانَهُمْ .
