باب تَحْرِيمِ اسْتِعْمَالِ إِنَاءِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَخَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْحَرِيرِ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ وَإِبَاحَتِهِ لِلنِّسَاءِ وَإِبَاحَةِ الْعَلَمِ وَنَحْوِهِ لِلرَّجُلِ مَا لَمْ يَزِدْ عَلَى أَرْبَعِ أَصَابِعَ

This Hadith has been reported on the authority of Qatada but there is no mention of the words of Abd Uthman.
امام صاحب اپنے دو اساتذہ سے یہی حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں اور ابو عثمان کا قول بیان نہیں کرتے۔
Imam Sahib apne do asatiza se yehi hadith bayan karte hain aur Abu Usman ka qaul bayan nahin karte.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ هِشَامٍ - حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قَوْلَ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ .
