Sahih Muslim 677k
It has been reported on the authority of Anas bin Malik that some people came to the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) and said to him, send with us some men who may teach us the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Accordingly, he sent seventy men from the Ansar. They were called the Reciters and among them was my maternal uncle, Haram (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ). They used to recite the Qur'an, discuss and ponder over its meaning at night. In the day they brought water and poured it (in pitchers) in the mosque, collected wood and sold it, and with the sale proceeds bought food for the people of the Suffa and the needy. The Prophet (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) sent the Reciters with these people, but these (treacherous people) fell upon them and killed them before they reached their destination. (While dying), they said, O Allah, convey from us the news to our Prophet (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) that we have met You (in a way) that we are pleased with You, and You are pleased with us. (The narrator said), a man attacked Haram (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) from behind and smote him with a spear which pierced him. (While dying), Haram (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) said, by the Lord of the Ka'ba, I have met with success. The Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) said to his Companions, your brethren have been slain and they were saying: O Allah, convey from us to our Prophet (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) the news that we have met You in a way that we are pleased with You and You are pleased with us.
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ کچھ لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر کہنے لگے، آپ ہمارے ساتھی کچھ آدمی روانہ فرمائیں، جو ہمیں قرآن و سنت کی تعلیم دیں، تو آپ نے ان کی طرف ستر (70) انصاری آدمی روانہ فرمائے، جنہیں قراء (قرآن پڑھانے والے) کہا جاتا تھا، ان میں میرے ماموں حرام رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ بھی تھے، یہ لوگ قرآن مجید پرھتے تھے اور رات کو قرآن مجید پڑھتے پرھاتے اور سیکھتے اور دن کو پانی لا کر مسجد میں (لوگوں کے استعمال کے لیے) رکھتے اور لکڑیاں کاٹ کر انہیں بیچتے اور اس رقم سے اہل صفہ اور محتاجوں کے لیے خوراک خریدتے، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں (ان کی قوم کی طرف) بھیج دیا، دشمن ان کے سامنے آیا اور انہی مقررہ جگہ تک پہنچنے سے پہلے قتل کر ڈالا، تو انہوں نے دعا کی، اے اللہ! ہماری طرف سے ہمارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو پیغام پہنچا دے، کہ ہم تجھے مل چکے ہیں، ہم تجھ سے راضی ہیں اور تو ہم سے راضی ہو گیا ہے، حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کے ماموں حرام رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کے پیچھے سے ایک آدمی آیا اور انہیں اس طرح نیزہ مارا کہ وہ پار ہو گیا، تو حضرت حرام ؓ نے کہا، رب کعبہ کی قسم! میں نے منزل کو پا لیا اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو بتایا، ”تمہارے بھائی شہید کر دئیے گئے ہیں اور انہوں نے دعا کی ہے، اے اللہ! ہماری طرف سے ہمارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو پیغام پہنچا دے کہ ہم تجھے مل چکے ہیں اور تجھ سے راضی ہو گئے ہیں اور تو ہم سے راضی ہو گیا ہے۔“
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Raziallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke kuch log Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas aa kar kehne lage, Aap hamare sathi kuch aadmi rawana farmaein, jo humein Quran o Sunnat ki taleem dein, to Aap ne un ki taraf sattar (70) Ansari aadmi rawana farmaye, jinhein Qurra (Quran padhane wale) kaha jata tha, un mein mere mamu Haram (Raziallahu Anhu) bhi the, yeh log Quran Majeed padhte the aur raat ko Quran Majeed padhte padhate aur seekhte aur din ko pani la kar Masjid mein (logon ke istemal ke liye) rakhte aur lakdiyan kaat kar unhein bechte aur is raqam se Ahl-e-Suffah aur mohtajon ke liye khuraak khareedte, to Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne unhein (un ki qaum ki taraf) bhej diya, dushman un ke samne aaya aur unhi muqarrarah jagah tak pahunchne se pehle qatal kar dala, to unhon ne dua ki, Aye Allah! Hamari taraf se hamare Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko paigham pahuncha de, ke hum tujhe mil chuke hain, hum tujh se raazi hain aur tu hum se raazi ho gaya hai, Hazrat Anas (Raziallahu Anhu) ke mamu Haram (Raziallahu Anhu) ke peechhe se ek aadmi aaya aur unhein is tarah neza mara ke woh paar ho gaya, to Hazrat Haram (Raziallahu Anhu) ne kaha, Rabb-e-Ka'bah ki qasam! Main ne manzil ko pa liya aur Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apne sathiyon ko bataya, "Tumhare bhai Shaheed kar diye gaye hain aur unhon ne dua ki hai, Aye Allah! Hamari taraf se hamare Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko paigham pahuncha de ke hum tujhe mil chuke hain aur tujh se raazi ho gaye hain aur tu hum se raazi ho gaya hai."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ نَاسٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا أَنِ ابْعَثْ مَعَنَا رِجَالاً يُعَلِّمُونَا الْقُرْآنَ وَالسُّنَّةَ . فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِمْ سَبْعِينَ رَجُلاً مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ يُقَالُ لَهُمُ الْقُرَّاءُ فِيهِمْ خَالِي حَرَامٌ يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ وَيَتَدَارَسُونَ بِاللَّيْلِ يَتَعَلَّمُونَ وَكَانُوا بِالنَّهَارِ يَجِيئُونَ بِالْمَاءِ فَيَضَعُونَهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَيَحْتَطِبُونَ فَيَبِيعُونَهُ وَيَشْتَرُونَ بِهِ الطَّعَامَ لأَهْلِ الصُّفَّةِ وَلِلْفُقَرَاءِ فَبَعَثَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَيْهِمْ فَعَرَضُوا لَهُمْ فَقَتَلُوهُمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْلُغُوا الْمَكَانَ . فَقَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ بَلِّغْ عَنَّا نَبِيَّنَا أَنَّا قَدْ لَقِينَاكَ فَرَضِينَا عَنْكَ وَرَضِيتَ عَنَّا - قَالَ - وَأَتَى رَجُلٌ حَرَامًا خَالَ أَنَسٍ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ فَطَعَنَهُ بِرُمْحٍ حَتَّى أَنْفَذَهُ . فَقَالَ حَرَامٌ فُزْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لأَصْحَابِهِ " إِنَّ إِخْوَانَكُمْ قَدْ قُتِلُوا وَإِنَّهُمْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ بَلِّغْ عَنَّا نَبِيَّنَا أَنَّا قَدْ لَقِينَاكَ فَرَضِينَا عَنْكَ وَرَضِيتَ عَنَّا " .
