Mustadrak Al Hakim 1628
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking water from the mouth of a waterskin. And he forbade (eating the meat of) a "Jallalah" (an animal that eats filth) and a "Mujaththamah" (an animal or bird that has been tied up and then killed with an arrow, etc.). ** This hadith is Sahih. Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated it through several chains of narration and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated it through the narration of Hammad bin Salamah.
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مشکیزے منہ لگا کر پانی پینے سے منع کیا ہے ۔ اور جلالہ ( وہ جانور جو حلال و حرام چیزیں کھاتا ہے ) اور مجثمہ ( وہ جانور یا پرندہ جس کو باندھ دیا گیا ہو پھر تیر وغیرہ سے اس کو ہلاک کر دیا گیا ہو ، اس کے کھانے ) سے منع کیا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح ہے امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے عکسر سرکی اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے حماد بن سلمہ کی روایات نقل کی ہے ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma farmate hain : Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mashkize munh laga kar pani pine se mana kiya hai . Aur jallalah ( woh janwar jo halal o haram cheezen khata hai ) aur mujthamah ( woh janwar ya parindah jisko bandh diya gaya ho phir teer waghaira se usko halak kar diya gaya ho , uske khane ) se mana kiya hai . ** Yeh hadees sahih hai Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih ne aksar sirke aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne Hammad bin Salmah ki riwayat naqal ki hai .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَالْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، قَالَ: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ، وَعَنِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ قَدِ احْتَجَّ الْبُخَارِيُّ بِعِكْرِمَةَ، وَاحْتَجَّ مُسْلِمٌ بِحَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ "
