Mustadrak Al Hakim 2191
Abdullah Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman who gives birth to a child for her master, then she is free after his death." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. In narrating this hadith from Husain bin Abdullah, Abu Bakr bin Sabra narrated in a similar manner (as mentioned below). Narrated from Abdullah Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) with the chain of narration of Abu Bakr bin Sabra, that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had his son Ibrahim, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding Ibrahim’s mother (Maria the Copt): "Her child has set her free."
" حضرت عبداللہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو عورت اپنے آقا کے لیے بچہ پیدا کرے تو وہ اس ( آقا ) کے موت کے بعد آزاد ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اس حدیث کو حسین بن عبداللہ سے روایت کرنے میں ابوبکر بن سبرہ نے شریک کی متابعت کی ہے ۔ ( جیسا کہ درج ذیل ہیں ) حضرت ابوبکر بن سبرہ کی سند کے ہمراہ حضرت عبداللہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ جب نبی اکرم ﷺ کے صاحبزادے حضرت ابراہیم پیدا ہوئے تو رسول اکرم ﷺ نے ابراہیم کی ماں ( ماریہ قبطیہ ) کے متعلق فرمایا : اس کے بچے نے اس کو آزاد کرا دیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain : Rasul Allah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : Jo aurat apne aqa ke liye baccha peda kare to wo us ( aqa ) ke mout ke bad azad hai . ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya . Is hadees ko Hussain bin Abdullah se riwayat karne mein Abu Bakr bin Sabra ne sharik ki mutaba'at ki hai . ( Jaisa ke darj zail hain ) Hazrat Abu Bakr bin Sabra ki sanad ke hamrah Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki jab Nabi Akram ﷺ ke sahibzade Hazrat Ibrahim paida huwe to Rasul Akram ﷺ ne Ibrahim ki maa ( Mariyah Qibtiyah ) ke mutalliq farmaya : Is ke bacche ne is ko azad kara diya .
فَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ وَلَدَتْ مِنْ سَيِّدُهَا، فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي سبرَةَ الْقُرَشِيُّ [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2191 - حسين متروك أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِصْمَةَ سَهْلُ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِأُمِّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ: حِينَ وَلَدَتْهُ: «أَعْتَقَهَا وَلَدُهَا» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2191 - حسين متروك
