Mustadrak Al Hakim 2326
Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Makkah is a place of residence; its houses should not be sold, nor its buildings rented out." ** This hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. A hadith narrated by Imam Abu Hanifah (may Allah have mercy on him) supports the aforementioned hadith (as follows):"
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : مکہ اقامت گاہ ہے ، اس کے مکانات کو نہ بیچا جائے اور اس کی عمارتوں کو کرایہ پر نہ دیا جائے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ امام اعظم ابوحنیفہ سے مروی ایک حدیث مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ( جیسا کہ درج ذیل ہے )"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amro Radi Allaho Anho farmate hain ke Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Makkah iqamat gah hai, is ke makaanat ko na becha jaye aur is ki amaraton ko kiraye per na diya jaye. ** Ye hadees Sahih ul Asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne is ko naqal nahi kya. Imam Azam Abu Hanifa se marvi ek hadees mazkora hadees ki shahid hai (jaisa ke darj zail hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الشَّامَاتِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهْ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَكَّةُ مُنَاخٌ لَا تُبَاعُ رِبَاعُهَا، وَلَا تُؤَاجَرُ بُيُوتُهَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «شَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ الَّذِي» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2326 - إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن مهاجر ضعفوه
