Mustadrak Al Hakim 2378
Habib bin Shahab al-Ghabri, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates, “My father said: ‘I and a companion of mine went to (Abdullah) Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, and we met Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, near his door. He said: “Who are you?” We introduced ourselves. He said: “Go to those who have water and dates. From every valley, its equivalent flows.” We said, while invoking blessings upon him: “Seek permission for us from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both.” He sought permission for us. We heard Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, narrating this Hadith of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while delivering a sermon on the Day of the Battle of Tabuk, said: “There is no one among the people who is holding the reins of his animal, striving in the cause of Allah, and protecting (himself) from the evil of the people, except that (his reward) is like that of one who stays among his flock of animals, being hospitable and fulfilling its rights.” (Habib bin Shahab) said: “I said: “Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) really say that?” So (my father) replied: “The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said it three times.” So I uttered Allah’s Takbir, praised Him, and thanked Him. ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari, may Allah have mercy on him, and Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on him, did not narrate it. **
" حضرت حبیب بن شہاب الغبری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میرے والد کا یہ بیان ہے کہ میں اور میرا ایک ساتھی ، ( حضرت عبداللہ ) ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس گئے تو ان کے دروازے کے قریب ہماری ملاقات ، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ہوئی ، انہوں نے کہا : تم کون ہو ؟ ہم نے ان کو اپنے متعلق بتایا ، انہوں نے کہا : تم ان لوگوں کے پاس جاؤ جن کے پاس پانی اور کھجوریں ہیں ۔ کسی بھی وادی سے اسی کی مقدار میں بہاؤ نکلتا ہے ۔ ہم نے ان کو دعائے خیر دیتے ہوئے کہا : ہمارے لیے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے اجازت لیجیے ، انہوں نے ہمیں اجازت دلوائی ، ہم نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی یہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے غزوۂ تبوک کے دن خطبہ دیتے ہوئے ارشاد فرمایا : لوگوں میں اس جیسا کوئی شخص نہیں ہے جو اپنے جانور کی لگام پکڑے ، فی سبیل اللہ جہاد کرے اور لوگوں کے شر سے بچے اور اس جیسا بھی کوئی شخص نہیں ہے جو اپنے جانوروں کے ریوڑ میں رہتا ہو ، مہمان نوازی کرتا ہو اور اس کا حق ادا کرتا ہو ( حبیب بن شہاب ) فرماتے ہیں : میں نے کہا : کیا ( واقعی ) حضور ﷺ نے یہ فرمایا ہے ؟ تو ( میرے والد نے ) جواباً کہا : حضور ﷺ نے یہ تین مرتبہ فرمایا : تو میں نے اللہ تعالیٰ کی تکبیر کہی اور اس کی حمد کی اور اس کا شکر ادا کیا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Habib bin Shahab al-Ghburi Radi Allaho Anhu farmate hain : mere walid ka ye bayan hai ki main aur mera ek sathi , ( Hazrat Abdullah ) Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma ke pass gaye to unke darwaze ke qareeb hamari mulaqat , Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allaho Anhu se hui , unhon ne kaha : tum kaun ho ? hum ne un ko apne mutalliq bataya , unhon ne kaha : tum un logon ke pass jao jin ke pass pani aur khajoorein hain . kisi bhi wadi se usi ki miqdar mein bahao nikalta hai . hum ne un ko duaye khair dete huye kaha : hamare liye Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma se ijazat lijiye , unhon ne hamen ijazat dilai , hum ne Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma ko Rasool Allah ﷺ ki ye hadees bayan karte huye suna ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Ghazwa e Tabuk ke din khutba dete huye irshad farmaya : logon mein is jaisa koi shakhs nahin hai jo apne janwar ki lagam pakde , fi sabilillah jihad kare aur logon ke shar se bache aur is jaisa bhi koi shakhs nahin hai jo apne janwaron ke rewar mein rehta ho , mehman nawazi karta ho aur is ka haq ada karta ho ( Habib bin Shahab ) farmate hain : main ne kaha : kya ( waqai ) Huzoor ﷺ ne ye farmaya hai ? to ( mere walid ne ) jawaban kaha : Huzoor ﷺ ne ye teen martaba farmaya : to main ne Allah Ta'ala ki takbeer kahi aur is ki hamd ki aur is ka shukr ada kiya . ** ye hadees Sahih al-Isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي بِمَرْوَ، ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا رَوْحٌ، ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ شِهَابٍ الْغُبَرِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِيَ يَقُولُ: أَتَيْنَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لَنَا قَالَ: فَلَقِيَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عِنْدَ بَابِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: مَنْ أَنْتُمَا؟ فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ فَقَالَ: انْطَلِقَا إِلَى نَاسٍ عَلَى تَمْرٍ وَمَاءٍ، إِنَّمَا يَسِيلُ وَادٍ بِقَدَرِهِ قُلْنَا: كَثُرَ خَيْرُكَ اسْتَأْذِنْ لَنَا عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ لَنَا فَسَمِعْنَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ تَبُوكَ فَقَالَ: «مَا فِي النَّاسِ مِثْلُ رَجُلٍ آخِذٌ بِعِنَانٍ، فَيُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَيَجْتَنِبُ شُرُورَ النَّاسِ، وَمِثْلُ رَجُلٍ بَادٍ فِي غَنَمِهِ يُقْرِي ضَيْفَهُ وَيُؤَدِّي حَقَّهُ» قَالَ فَقُلْتُ: أَقَالَهَا؟ قَالَ: قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا. فَكَبَّرْتُ وَحَمِدْتُ وَشَكَرْتُ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2378 - صحيح
