Mustadrak Al Hakim 2497
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking water from the mouth of a waterskin and riding on a jalalah (an animal that eats filth) and a mujaththamah (an animal that is tied up and used as a target for spears, arrows, etc.). ** This hadith is sahih al-isnad, but Imam al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. A hadith narrated on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) supports the aforementioned hadith, although it contains a few additional words (as follows).
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مشکیزے کے منہ سے ( منہ لگا کر ) پانی پینے سے منع فرمایا ہے اور جلالہ ( وہ جانور جو گندگی کھاتا ہے ) اور مجثمہ ( وہ جانور جس کو باندھ کر اس پر نیزوں اور تیروں وغیرہ سے نشانہ بازی کی جائے ) پر سوار ہونے سے منع فرمایا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ایک حدیث مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے تاہم اس میں چند الفاظ زائد ہیں ( جیسا کہ درج ذیل ہیں )"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai, Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mashkize ke munh se (munh laga kar) pani pine se mana farmaya hai aur jallaala (wo janwar jo gandagi khata hai) aur mujthamah (wo janwar jis ko bandh kar us par nezon aur teeron waghaira se nishana baazi ki jaye) par sawar hone se mana farmaya hai. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya. Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marwi ek hadees mazkora hadees ki shahid hai taham is mein chand alfaz zayed hain (jaisa ke darj zail hain).
حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ الْخَلَدِيُّ، ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، ثنا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ، وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَشَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو بِزِيَادَةِ أَلْفَاظٍ فِيهِ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2497 - صحيح
