Mustadrak Al Hakim 2552
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called an Arab tribe to Jihad, but they did not come, so this verse was revealed: "(Unless you go forth (for Jihad) He will punish you with a painful torment)" (At-Tawbah: 39) "If you do not march forth, He will punish you with a painful torment." (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza). (Ibn Abbas) said: Their punishment was that rain was withheld from them. ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim did not narrate it. And Abdullah bin Khalid Al-Hanfi is among the trustworthy narrators of Marwazi.
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما روایت کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے عرب کے ایک قبیلے کو جہاد کے لیے بلایا لیکن وہ نہ آئے تو یہ آیت نازل ہوئی : ( اِلَّا تَنْفِرُوْا یُعَذِّبْکُمْ عَذَابًا اَلِیْمًا ) ( التوبۃ : 39 ) ’’ اگر کوچ نہ کرو گے تو تمہیں سخت سزا دے گا ‘‘ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا ) ۔ ( ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما ) فرماتے ہیں : ان کا عذاب یہ تھا کہ ان سے بارشیں روک دی گئیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اور عبدالمؤمن بن خالد حنفی مراوزہ کے ثقہ راویوں میں سے ہیں ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a riwayat karte hain, Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Arab ke ek qabile ko jihad ke liye bulaya lekin woh na aaye to yeh ayat nazil hui: ( Illa Tanfiroo Yu'adhibkum 'Azaaban Aleeman ) ( Al-Tawbah : 39 ) "Agar koche na karoge to tumhen sakht saza dega" ( Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza ). ( Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ) farmate hain: Un ka azab yeh tha ke unse barishen rok di gayin. ** Yeh hadees Sahih al-Isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya. Aur Abdul Mo'min bin Khalid Hanafi Marwazah ke thiqah rawion mein se hain.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْمُؤْمِنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا نَجْدَةُ بْنُ نُفَيْعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "" اسْتَنْفَرَ حَيًّا مِنَ الْعَرَبِ، فَتَثَاقَلُوا، فَنَزَلَتْ {إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا} [التوبة: 39] قَالَ: كَانَ عَذَابُهُمْ حَبْسَ الْمَطَرِ عَنْهُمْ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَعَبْدُ الْمُؤْمِنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ مِنْ ثِقَاتِ الْمَرَاوِزَةِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2552 - صحيح
