Mustadrak Al Hakim 3243
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not point out the defects of faces." Then he (the narrator) mentioned the rest of the hadith. ** This hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the Shaykhayn (may Allah have mercy on them both) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : چہروں کے عیب مت نکالو پھر اس کے بعد باقی حدیث ذکر کی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: chehron ke aib mat nikalo phir uske baad baqi hadees zikr ki. ** Ye hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shekhan Rahmatullah Alaihima ne ise naqal nahi ki.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تُقَبِّحُوا الْوُجُوهَ» وَذَكَرَ بَاقِي الْحَدِيثِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3243 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
