Mustadrak Al Hakim 3277
It is narrated on the authority of Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever leaves this world believing in the Oneness of Allah, the One without partner, establishing prayer, and giving Zakat, and Allah is pleased with him, that is the religion of Allah which the Prophets (peace be upon them) brought and conveyed from their Lord, before falsehood mixed with the truth and before the divergence of desires.” And its confirmation is in the Holy Quran: (فَإِن تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُمْ) (التوبة: 5) “So if they repent and establish prayer and give Zakat, then leave them alone.” (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) And Allah Almighty’s saying “فَإِن تَابُوا” means that they should abandon idols and their worship. (وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ) (التوبة: 11) “And they establish prayer and give Zakat, then they are your brothers in religion.” (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) ** This Hadith is Sahih al-Asnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو شخص اللہ وحدہ لاشریک کی وحدانیت پر ایمان رکھتے ہوئے اور نماز قائم رکھتے ہوئے اور زکوۃ دیتے ہوئے ، اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو اور اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے راضی ہو ، اور وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا وہ دین ہے جس کو انبیاء کرام لے کر آئے اور اپنے رب کی طرف سے انہوں نے یہ دین پہنچایا ، باتوں میں جھوٹ کی آمیزش ہونے اور خواہشات کے اختلاف سے پہلے اور اس کی تصدیق قرآن کریم میں موجود ہے : ( فان تابوا وَ اَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَ ٰاتَوُا الزَّکٰوۃَ ، فَخَلُّوْا سَبِیْلَھُمْ ) ( التوبۃ : 5 ) ’’ پھر اگر وہ توبہ کریں اور نماز قائم رکھیں اور زکوۃ دیں تو ان کی راہ چھوڑ دو ‘‘ ( ترجمعہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) اور اللہ تعالیٰ کا ارشاد ’’ فان تابو ‘‘ کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ بتوں کو اور ان کی عبادت کو چھوڑ دیں ۔ وَ اَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَ ٰاتَوُا الزَّکٰوۃَ فَاِخْوَانُکُمْ فِی الْدِّیْنِ ( التوبہ : 11 ) اور نماز قائم رکھیں اور زکوۃ دیں تو وہ تمہارے دینی بھائی ہیں ۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Anas bin Malik Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs Allah Wahid La Shareek ki Wahdaniyat per imaan rakhte hue aur Namaz qaim rakhte hue aur zakat dete hue is duniya se rukhsat ho aur Allah Ta'ala us se raazi ho, aur wo Allah Ta'ala ka wo Deen hai jis ko Anbiya Kiram lekar aye aur apne Rab ki taraf se unhon ne ye Deen pohanchaya, baton mein jhoot ki amizish hone aur khwahishat ke ikhtilaf se pehle aur is ki tasdeeq Quran Kareem mein mojood hai: (Fa in tabo wa aqamus salata wa aatu zakah fa khallu sabeelahum) (Al-Tawbah: 5) "Phir agar wo tauba karein aur Namaz qaim rakhein aur zakat dein to unki rah chhor do." (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rahamatullah Alaih) Aur Allah Ta'ala ka irshad "Fa in tabo" ka matlab ye hai ki buton ko aur un ki ibadat ko chhor dein. (Wa aqamus salata wa aatu zakah fa ikhwanukum fid deen) (Al-Tawbah: 11) Aur Namaz qaim rakhein aur zakat dein to wo tumhare dini bhai hain. (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rahamatullah Alaih) ** Ye hadees Sahih al-Asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahamatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahamatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزَّاهِدُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْجَلَّابُ، بِهَمْدَانَ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْخَزَّازُ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "" مَنْ فَارَقَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الْإِخْلَاصِ لِلَّهِ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، فَارَقَهَا وَاللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَاضٍ، وَهُوَ دِينُ اللَّهِ الَّذِي جَاءَتْ بِهِ الرُّسُلُ، وَبَلَّغُوهُ عَنْ رَبِّهِمْ قَبْلَ مَرْجِ الْأَحَادِيثِ، وَاخْتِلَافِ الْأَهْوَاءِ، وَتَصْدِيقُ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ {فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ، فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُمْ} [التوبة: 5] وَقَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {فَإِنْ تَابُوا} [التوبة: 5] يَقُولُ: خَلَعُوا الْأَوْثَانَ وَعِبَادَتَهَا {وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ} [التوبة: 11] «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3277 - صدر الخبر مرفوع وسائره مدرج فيما أرى
