Mustadrak Al Hakim 3556
Abdullah bin Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) used to recite this verse: "The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves" and "He is a father to them" and "His wives are their mothers". (Al-Ahzab: 6) "This Prophet has more right over the Muslims than their own selves." (Translation: Kanz-ul-Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, May Allah have mercy on him) and he is a father to them "and his wives are their mothers" and his wives are their mothers. ** This hadith is Sahih according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him), but Sheikhain (may Allah have mercy on them) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما یہ آیت پڑھا کرتے تھے : اَلنَّبِیُّ اَوْلٰی بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ مِنْ اَنْفُسِھِمْ ‘‘ وَ ھو اَب لھم ’’ و اَزْوَاجُہٗٓ اُمَّھٰتُھُمْ ( الاحزاب : 6 ) ’’ یہ نبی مسلمانوں کا ان کی جان سے زیادہ مالک ہے ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) اور وہ ان کا باپ ہے ’’ وازواجہ امھاتھم ‘‘ اور اس کی بیبیاں ان کی مائیں ہیں ‘‘۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a yeh ayat parha karte the: Al-Nabiyyu Awla Bil-Mu'mineena Min Anfusihim 'Wa Huwa Abul Lahu' wa Azwajuhu Ummahatuhum (Al-Ahzab: 6) 'Yeh Nabi musalmanon ka un ki jaan se zyada malik hai' (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rahmatullah Alaih) Aur wo un ka baap hai 'wa azwajuhu ummahatuhum' Aur is ki biwiyan un ki mayein hain ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhein Rahmatullah Alaihima ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّازُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، «أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ » النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَهُوَ أَبٌ لَهُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ «» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3556 - بل طلحة ساقط
