Mustadrak Al Hakim 3792

Hisham ibn Urwah reported on the authority of his father that Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, said: Jameelah, may Allah be pleased with her, was the wife of Aws ibn Samit, may Allah be pleased with him, and she suffered from a mild form of insanity. When her insanity intensified, he uttered words of Zihar (comparing her to his mother) to her. So, Allah, the Exalted, revealed the verses regarding the expiation for Zihar. ** This hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but the two Sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it. **

" ہشام بن عروہ اپنے والد کے حوالے سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جمیلہ رضی اللہ عنہا ، اوس بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی تھیں اور اس کو تھوڑی سی جنون کی شکایت تھی ۔ جب ان کے جنون میں شدت آئی تو انہوں نے اپنی بیوی سے ظہار کر لیا تو ان کے متعلق اللہ تعالیٰ نے کفارہ ظہار کا حکم نازل فرمایا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"

Hisham bin Urwah apne walid ke hawale se Hazrat Ayesha Radiallahu Anha se riwayat karte hain ke Jamila Radiallahu Anha, Aws bin Samit (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki biwi thin aur is ko thori si junoon ki shikayat thi. Jab in ke junoon mein shiddat aai to inhon ne apni biwi se zahar kar liya to in ke mutalliq Allah Ta'ala ne kaffara zahar ka hukm nazil farmaya. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shaikhain Rahmatullah Alaihema ne ise naqal nahin kiya.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عِصْمَةَ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ، قَالُوا: ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا «أَنَّ جَمِيلَةَ كَانَتِ امْرَأَةَ أَوْسِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، وَكَانَ أَوْسٌ امْرَءًا بِهِ لَمَمٌ، فَإِذَا اشْتَدَّ لَمَمُهُ ظَاهَرَ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ كَفَّارَةَ الظِّهَارِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3792 - على شرط مسلم
