بیان معرفة الصحابة الكرام رضوان الله علیهم
The virtues of Hazrat Ja'far ibn Abi Talib ibn Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim. They were martyred in the Battle of Muta in the eighth year of Hijrah.
حضرة جعفر بن أبي طالب بن عبد المطلب بن هاشم، رضي الله عنه، أفضله. استشهد في جناح الموتة في السنة الثامنة للهجرة.

Mustadrak Al Hakim 4942
Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) met Asma bint Umais (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: You are very good people. If you had not migrated before us, we would have been better than you. We were in the company of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), we would make your people who were walking ride, and we would teach those who were illiterate. In this way, we strengthened our religion. She replied: I will not return without going to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) now. Then she went to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and told him the entire story of her meeting with Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and their conversation. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Why not? You have made two migrations: one migration to Abyssinia and the second to Madinah. ** This Hadith is Sahih al-Isnad but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. **
" حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ حضرت اسماء بنت عمیس رضی اللہ عنہا سے ملے ، اور کہا : تم بہت اچھے لوگ ہو ، اگر تم نے ہجرت ہم سے پہلے نہ کی ہوتی تو ہم لوگ تم سے بہتر ہوتے ۔ ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کی معیت میں ہوتے تھے ، تمہارے پیدل لوگوں کو سواری پر بٹھاتے اور ان پڑھوں کو تعلیم دیتے تھے ، اس طرح ہم نے اپنے دین کو مضبوط کر لیا ۔ انہوں نے جواباً فرمایا : میں اب رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس جائے بغیر واپس نہیں لوٹوں گی ، پھر وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس گئیں ، اور حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملاقات اور ان سے گفتگو کی مکمل تفصیل کہہ سنائی ، تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : کیوں نہیں ، تم نے دو ہجرتیں کی ہیں ایک ہجرت حبشہ کی طرف اور دوسری مدینہ منورہ کی طرف ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Musa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain : Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Hazrat Asma bint Umays ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se mile, aur kaha : tum bohat achhe log ho, agar tum ne hijrat hum se pehle na ki hoti to hum log tum se behtar hote. Hum Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki muiyat mein hote the, tumhare paidal logon ko sawari per bithate aur un parhon ko taleem dete the, is tarah hum ne apne deen ko mazboot kar liya. Unhon ne jawaban farmaya : mein ab Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass jaye baghair wapas nahin lautungi, phir wo Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass gain, aur Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se mulaqat aur un se guftgu ki mukammal tafseel keh sunai, to Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya : kyun nahin, tum ne do hijraten ki hain ek hijrat Habsha ki taraf aur dusri Madina Munawwara ki taraf. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْجَلَّابُ، بِهَمْدَانَ، ثنا هِلَالٌ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَقِيَ عُمَرُ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ عُمَيْسٍ، فَقَالَ: أَنْتُمْ نِعْمَ الْقَوْمِ، لَوْلَا أَنَّكُمْ سَبَقْتُمْ بِالْهِجْرَةِ فَنَحْنُ أَفْضَلُ مِنْكُمْ، كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَحْمِلُ رَاجِلَكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُ جَاهِلَكُمْ، فَفَرَرْنَا بِدِينِنَا، فَقَالَتْ: لَسْتُ بِرَاجِعَةٍ حَتَّى أَدْخُلَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي لَقِيتُ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَقَالَ: "" بَلَى، لَكُمْ هِجْرَتَانِ: هِجْرَتُكُمْ إِلَى الْحَبَشَةِ، وَهِجْرَتُكُمْ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4942 - صحيح
