Mustadrak Al Hakim 5507
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I will not be made rich over two men, nor will I take two as slaves. ** This hadith is according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but neither Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) nor Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated it.
" حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا : میں دو آدمیوں پر امیر نہیں بنایا جاؤں گا اور نہ دو کو میں ذمی بناؤں گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں نے ہی اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ke Hazrat Abu Talha (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya: mein do aadmiyon par ameer nahin banaya jaonga aur na do ko mein zimmi banaonga. ** Ye hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih dono ne hi isko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ قَالَ: «لَا أَتَأَمَّرُ عَلَى اثْنَيْنِ، وَلَا أَذُمُّهُمَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 5507 - على شرط مسلم
