Mustadrak Al Hakim 7689
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that two men were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), one rich and the other poor. The rich man sneezed, but he did not say “Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah)”. So, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not respond to him. Then the other man sneezed and said, “Alhamdulillah”. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him, “Yarhamuk Allah (May Allah have mercy on you)”. The rich man said, “I sneezed and you did not say ‘Yarhamuk Allah’ to me, but he sneezed and you said ‘Yarhamuk Allah’ to him.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “You forgot Allah, so I forgot you. He remembered Allah, so I remembered him.” ** This hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بارگاہ میں دو آدمی بیٹھے ہوئے تھے ، ایک امیر اور دوسرا غریب تھا ۔ امیر آدمی کو چھینک آئی ، اس نے الحمد اللہ نہ پڑھا ، نبی اکرم ﷺ نے اس کو جواب نہیں دیا ۔ پھر دوسرے کو چھینک آئی ، اس نے الحمد للہ کہا ۔ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے اس کو ’’ یرحمک اللہ ‘‘ کہا ۔ امیر شخص کہنے لگا : مجھے چھینک آئی تو آپ نے مجھے ’’ یرحمک اللہ ‘‘ نہیں کہا اور اس کو آئی تو آپ نے اس کو ’’ یرحمک اللہ ‘‘ کہہ دیا ۔ حضور ﷺ نے فرمایا : تو نے اللہ تعالیٰ کو بھلا دیا ، میں نے تجھے بھلا دیا ، اس نے اللہ تعالیٰ کو یاد رکھا ، میں نے اس کو یاد رکھا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain : Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki bargah mein do aadmi baithe hue the, ek ameer aur dusra ghareeb tha. Ameer aadmi ko chheenk aayi, usne Alhamdulillah nahin padha, Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne usko jawab nahin diya. Phir dusre ko chheenk aayi, usne Alhamdulillah kaha. Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne usko 'Yarhamukallah' kaha. Ameer shakhs kahne laga : Mujhe chheenk aayi to aap ne mujhe 'Yarhamukallah' nahin kaha aur usko aayi to aap ne usko 'Yarhamukallah' keh diya. Huzoor (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya : Tu ne Allah Ta'ala ko bhula diya, main ne tujhe bhula diya, usne Allah Ta'ala ko yaad rakha, main ne usko yaad rakha. ** Yeh hadees sahih ul isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: جَلَسَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلَانِ أَحَدُهُمَا أَشْرَفُ مِنَ الْآخَرِ فَعَطَسَ الشَّرِيفُ فَلَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ فَلَمْ يُشَمِّتْهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ عَطَسَ الْآخَرُ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ فَشَمَّتَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ الشَّرِيفُ: عَطَسْتُ فَلَمْ تُشَمِّتْنِي وَعَطَسَ هَذَا فَشَمَّتَّهُ قَالَ: «إِنَّكَ نَسِيتَ اللَّهَ فَنَسِيتُكَ وَإِنَّ هَذَا ذَكَرَ اللَّهَ فَذَكَرْتُهُ» صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7689 - سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
