Mustadrak Al Hakim 8047
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Lot, kill both the active and the passive partner." Sulayman bin Bilal said: "I heard Yahya bin Sa'eed and Rabee'ah saying: 'Whoever does the action of the people of Lot, whether he is married or unmarried, stone him to death.'" ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not include it in their collections. However, there is another Hadith that supports it (which is mentioned below).
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جس کو قوم لوط کے عمل میں مبتلا پاؤ تو فاعل اور مفعول دونوں کو قتل کر دو ۔ سلیمان بن بلال کہتے ہیں : میں نے یحیی بن سعید اور ربیعہ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ’’ جس نے قوم لوط والا عمل کیا ، وہ شادی شدہ ہو یا غیر شادی شدہ ، اس کو رجم کر دو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ تاہم اس کی ایک شاہد حدیث موجود ہے ( جو کہ درج ذیل ہے )"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jis ko qaum Loot ke amal mein mubtala pao to fail aur mafool dono ko qatl kar do. Sulaiman bin Bilal kehte hain: Mein ne Yahya bin Saeed aur Rabiah ko farmate huye suna hai keh ''Jis ne qaum Loot wala amal kiya, woh shadi shuda ho ya ghair shadi shuda, us ko rajm kar do. **Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya. Taham is ki aik shahid hadees mojood hai (jo keh darj zail hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، مَوْلَى الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ» قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، وَرَبِيعَةَ، يَقُولَانِ: «مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَعَلَيْهِ الرَّجْمُ أُحْصِنُ أَوْ لَمْ يُحْصِنْ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8047 - صحيح
