Mustadrak Al Hakim 8091
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever from amongst the Muslims opposes his religion, then kill him. And when a person says: I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, we have no right to say anything to him except if he commits a crime that makes him deserving of a prescribed punishment (then in that case the prescribed punishment can be carried out on him)." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو مسلمان اپنے دین کی مخالفت کرے ، اس کو قتل کر دو ، اور جب بندہ کہے : اشھد ان لا الہ الا اللہ و ان محمدا عبدہ و رسولہ تو ہم اس کو کچھ نہیں کہہ سکتے ، البتہ اگر کوئی ایسا جرم کرے گا کہ جس کی بناء پر وہ حد کا مستحق ہوا ( تو اس صورت میں اس کی مجوزہ حد اس پر نافذ کی جا سکتی ہے ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma farmate hain ke Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Jo musalman apne deen ki mukhalfat kare, usko qatal kar do, aur jab banda kahe: Ashhado An La Ilaha Illal Lah o Ana Muhammadan Abduhu Wa Rasooluhu to hum usko kuch nahin keh sakte, albatta agar koi aisa jurm karega ke jiski bina per wo hadd ka mustahiq hua (to is surat mein uski mujawza hadd us per nafiz ki ja sakti hai). ** Ye hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الصَّيْرَفِي، بِمَرْوَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ يُخَالِفْ دِينَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ، وَإِذَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ فَلَا سَبِيلَ لَنَا إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهِ إِذَا أَصَابَ أَنْ يُقَامَ عَلَيْهِ مَا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8091 - العدني هالك
