Mustadrak Al Hakim 8271
Amir bin Anus (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Ruqya (incantation) is for the evil eye, or for a fever, or for bleeding that does not stop." ** This hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Shaykhs (Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عامر بن انس رضی اللہ عنہ مرفوعاً بیان کرتے ہیں کہ دم نظر بد کا ہوتا ہے ، یا بخار کا ، یا ایسے خون کا جو تھمتا نہ ہو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Amir bin Anas Radi Allaho Anho marfooan bayan karte hain keh dum nazar bad ka hota hai, ya bukhar ka, ya aise khoon ka jo thamta na ho. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhein ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، رَفَعَهُ، قَالَ: «لَا رُقْيَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ عَيْنٍ، أَوْ حُمَّى، أَوْ دَمٍ لَا يَرْقَأُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8271 - سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
