Mustadrak Al Hakim 961
Muawiyah bin Khudayj (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that one day the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer, and one Rak'ah remained from the prayer. **This hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), and this hadith is included in the category where a corroborating narration is found from another narrator from the same city when Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have narrated other hadiths like this.**
" حضرت معاویہ بن حدیج رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں ایک دن رسول اللہ نے نماز پڑھائی اور نماز میں سے ایک رکعت باقی رہ گئی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے اور یہ حدیث اسی قسم میں شامل ہے کہ صحابی سے روایت کرنے میں شہر کوئی مطابق ڈھونڈ لیتے ہیں جب کہ امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ جو نے اس جیسی دیگر احادیث نقل کی ہیں ۔ "
Hazrat Muawiya bin Hadij Radi Allaho Anho farmate hain aik din Rasool Allah ne Namaz parhayi aur Namaz mein se aik rakat baqi reh gayi. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim dono ke miyaar ke mutabiq Sahih hai aur yeh hadees isi qism mein shamil hai ke Sahabi se riwayat karne mein sheher koi mutabiq dhundh lete hain jab keh Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih jo ne is jaisi deegar Ahadees naqal ki hain.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، أَنَّ سُوَيْدَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حُدَيْجٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «صَلَّى يَوْمًا فَسَلَّمَ وَانْصَرَفَ، وَقَدْ بَقِيَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ رَكْعَةٌ» . «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَهُوَ مِنَ النَّوْعِ الَّذِي يَطْلُبَانِ لِلصَّحَابِيِّ مُتَابِعًا فِي الرِّوَايَةِ عَلَى أَنَّهُمَا جَمِيعًا قَدْ خَرَّجَا مِثْلَ هَذَا»
