Sunan an-Nasa'i 4551
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade selling dates in the trees before they ripen or selling ears of corn before the grains become visible and there is no fear of blight. He forbade that to the seller and the buyer.’

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے منع فرمایا کھجور کے بیچنے سے یہاں تک کہ وہ خوش رنگ ہو جائے، اور بالی کے بیچنے سے یہاں تک کہ وہ سفید پڑ جائے ( یعنی پک جائے ) اور آفت سے محفوظ ہو جائے۔ آپ نے بیچنے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو روکا ۔
Abdul'lah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mana farmaya khajur ke bechne se yahan tak ke woh khush rang ho jaye, aur bali ke bechne se yahan tak ke woh safed pad jaye ( yani pak jaye ) aur aafat se mahfooz ho jaye. Aap ne bechne aur kharidne wale dono ko roka
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلَةِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ وَعَنِ السُّنْبُلِ حَتَّى يَبْيَضَّ وَيَأْمَنَ الْعَاهَةَ نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ .
