Sunan an-Nasa'i 4695
Return to Contents Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘a man used to lend to people, but if he realized that someone was going through hardship, he would say to his slave, ‘let him off, perhaps Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز) will let us off.’ And when he met Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز), He let him off.’

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ایک شخص لوگوں کو قرض دیتا تھا، جب کسی مفلس ( دیوالیہ ) کی پریشانی دیکھتا تو اپنے آدمی سے کہتا: اسے معاف کر دو، شاید اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں معاف فرمائے، پھر جب وہ اللہ تعالیٰ سے ملا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے معاف کر دیا“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Ek shakhs logoon ko qarz deta tha, jab kisi muflis (diwaliya) ki pareshani dekhta to apne aadmi se kehta: Isse maaf kar do, shayad Allah Ta'ala hamen maaf farmaye, phir jab woh Allah Ta'ala se mila to Allah Ta'ala ne use maaf kar dia".
أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُدَايِنُ النَّاسَ وَكَانَ إِذَا رَأَى إِعْسَارَ الْمُعْسِرِ قَالَ لِفَتَاهُ تَجَاوَزْ عَنْهُ لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَتَجَاوَزُ عَنَّا . فَلَقِيَ اللَّهَ فَتَجَاوَزَ عَنْهُ " .
