Hazrat Sharahbeel bin Al-Samt narrates that I asked Hazrat Ka'b bin Murrah: "O Ka'b! Tell us a hadith of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)", you said that I heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever frees a Muslim, then he is a means of protection from the fire for him, for every joint (bone) of his, every joint of the one who was set free. And whoever frees two Muslim slave girls, then they both are a protection and a shield for him from the fire, the joints of both of them will suffice for one of his joints."
حضرت شرحبیل بن السمط فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت کعب بن مرہ سے عرض کیا : اے کعب ! ہمیں حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی کوئی حدیث سنائیں، آپ نے فرمایا کہ میں نے رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے ہیں : جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو آزاد کرے تو وہ اس کے لیے آگ سے بچاؤ کا ذریعہ ہے، اس کے ہر جوڑ کی طرف سے (ہڈی) اس آزاد ہونے والے کا ہر جوڑ اور جو دو مسلمان باندیوں کو آزاد کرے تو وہ دونوں اس کے لیے آگ سے بچاؤ اور ڈھال ہیں، ان دونوں کے جوڑ اس کے ایک جوڑ کی طرف سے کافی ہوجائیں گے۔
Hazrat Sharahbeel bin Alsamat farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Kaab bin Murrah se arz kiya: Aye Kaab! Hamein Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki koi hadees sunaen, aap ne farmaya keh maine Rasool Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suna aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) farmate hain: Jo shakhs kisi musalman ko azad kare to woh uske liye aag se bachao ka zariya hai, uske har jode ki taraf se (haddi) us azad hone wale ka har jode aur jo do musalman bandiyon ko azad kare to woh dono uske liye aag se bachao aur dhaal hain, in dono ke jode uske ek jode ki taraf se kaafi ho jaenge.
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that I heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever frees a believing slave, Allah Almighty will free one of his own body parts from Hell in exchange for each body part of the slave, even his private parts in exchange for the slave's private parts."
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے ہیں : جو شخص کسی مومن غلام کو آزاد کرے گا اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے ہر عضو کے بدلے اس کے ایک عضو کو جہنم سے آزاد کرے گا یہاں تک کہ اس کی شرمگاہ کو اس کی شرمگاہ کے بدلے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira farmate hain ke maine Rasul Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suna aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) farmate hain : Jo shakhs kisi momin gulam ko azad kare ga Allah Ta'ala uske har uzv ke badle uske ek uzv ko jahannam se azad kare ga yahan tak ke uski sharamgah ko uski sharamgah ke badle.
Hazrat Fatima bint Ali narrates from her father that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Whoever frees a believing soul, Allah will save from the Fire every part of his body in return for every part of the body of the one he freed.'
حضرت فاطمہ بنت علی اپنے والد سے روایت کرتی ہیں کہ حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو شخص کسی مؤمن یا مسلمان جان کو آزاد کرے گا اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے ہر عضو کے بدلے آزاد کرنے والے کے اعضاء کو آگ سے بچائے گا۔
Hazrat Fatima bint Ali apne walid se riwayat karti hain keh Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi momin ya musalman jaan ko azad karega Allah Ta'ala uske har uzv ke badle azad karne wale ke a'aza ko aag se bachayega.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Musa that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever has a slave girl should teach her good manners and give her the best education, then set her free and marry her. There are two rewards for him in this."
حضرت ابو موسیٰ سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جس کے پاس باندی ہو وہ اس کی اچھی طرح ادب سیکھائے اور بہترین تعلیم دے پھر اس کو آزاد کر کے اس سے نکاح کرلے اس کے لیے دو اجر ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Musa se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Jis ke pass bandi ho woh us ki acchi tarah adab sikhaye aur behtarin taleem de phir us ko azad kar ke us se nikah kar le us ke liye do ajr hain.
