Hazrat Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, the master has the right to annul the marriage.
حضرت عامر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر غلام نے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر شادی کی تو طلاق کا حق آقا کو ہوگا۔
Hazrat Aamir (RA) farmate hain keh agar ghulam ne aqa ki ijazat ke baghair shadi ki to talaq ka haq aqa ko hoga.
Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) said that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, the master has the right to annul the marriage if he wishes, or to remain silent.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر غلام نے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر شادی کی تو آقا اگر چاہے تو نکاح کو ختم کردے اور اگر چاہے تو خاموش رہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh agar ghulam ne aqa ki ijazat ke baghair shadi ki to aqa agar chahe to nikah ko khatam karde aur agar chahe to khamosh rahe.
Hazrat Shabi (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, then the master has the right to divorce, and if he marries with the master's permission, then the slave has the right to divorce.
حضرت شعبی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر غلام نے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر شادی کی تو طلاق کا حق آقا کو ہوگا، اور اگر آقا کی اجازت سے شادی کی تو طلاق کا حق غلام کو ہوگا۔
