What did they say about a woman who has a husband and has children from another man, some of her children die. Who said: Her husband cannot approach her until she menstruates.
Hazrat Ali (RA) said that if a woman has a husband and she has another man's child in her womb, then the husband cannot go near the woman until the condition of the child in her womb is not clear or until she has menstruated.
حضرت علی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک عورت کا کوئی خاوند ہو اور اس عورت کے پیٹ میں کسی اور کا بچہ ہو تو مرد اس وقت تک عورت کے قریب نہیں آسکتا جب تک اس کے پیٹ کے بچے کی صورت حال واضح نہ ہوجائے یا جب تک اسے حیض نہ آجائے۔
Hazrat Ali (RA) farmate hain keh agar aik aurat ka koi khaawand ho aur us aurat ke pait mein kisi aur ka baccha ho to mard us waqt tak aurat ke qareeb nahin aa sakta jab tak uske pait ke bacche ki surat-e-haal wazeh na ho jaey ya jab tak use haiz na aa jaey.
Hazrat Hassan bin Ali (R.A.) offered the funeral prayer of a woman and then said to her husband (while the woman already had a child from another man), "It is not right for you to usurp the share of another."
حضرت حسن بن علی (رض) نے ایک جنازہ پڑھایا اور پھر خاوند سے فرمایا (جب کہ عورت کا کسی دوسرے مرد سے بچہ تھا) تیرے لیے یہ بات درست نہیں کہ تو کسی دوسرے کے حصے پر قبضہ جمائے۔
Hazrat Hassan bin Ali (RA) ne aik janaza parhaaya aur phir khaawand se farmaaya (jab keh aurat ka kisi doosre mard se bachcha tha) tere liye yeh baat durust nahin keh tu kisi doosre ke hisse par qabza jamaye.
