Hazrat Musa bin Ali narrates that I asked Hazrat Zuhri that if the wind brings the ship of the enemy to any nation, then what is the rule about its goods? He said: It is a prize for whoever seizes it, and there is one-fifth in it.
حضرت موسیٰ بن علی فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت زہری سے دریافت کیا کہ دشمن کی کشتی کو اگر ہوا کسی قوم کے پاس لے آئے تو اس کے سامان کا کیا حکم ہے ؟ فرمایا وہ اس کے لیے غنیمت ہے جو پکڑ لے اور اس میں خمس ہے۔
Hazrat Musa bin Ali farmate hain ke main ne Hazrat Zuhri se daryaft kia ke dushman ki kashti ko agar hawa kisi qaum ke paas le aaye to uske saman ka kia hukum hai? Farmaya woh uske liye ghanimat hai jo pakad le aur us main khums hai.
It was asked of Hazrat Hasan, "If a ship sinks in the sea and it contains the belongings of prisoners, then what is the ruling?" He replied, "Whatever the sea itself throws onto the shore will belong to the original owner, and whatever is brought out by diving will belong to the one who retrieves it."
حضرت حسن سے دریافت کیا گیا کہ کشتی اگر سمندر میں ڈوب جائے اور اس میں قیدیوں کا سامان ہو ؟ فرمایا : جو سمندر خود ساحل پر ڈال دے وہ تو مالک کا ہوگا، اور جو غوطہ لگا کر نکالا جائے تو وہ نکالنے والے کا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Hassan se daryaft kiya gaya keh kashti agar samandar mein doob jaye aur us mein qaidion ka saman ho? Farmaya: Jo samandar khud saahil par daal de woh to maalik ka hoga, aur jo ghota laga kar nikala jaye to woh nikalne wale ka hoga.
