It is narrated from Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair that Haris bin Kalda, who was a physician of pre-Islamic Arabia, said: I dislike the sun for three reasons. It makes the air heavy, it makes clothes old, and it brings out hidden diseases.
حضرت عبد الملک بن عمیر سے روایت ہے۔ کہتے ہیں کہ حارث بن کلدہ جو کہ پر عرب کے طبیب تھے۔ کہتے ہیں۔ میں سورج کو تین وجہ سے ناپسند کرتا ہوں۔ ہوا کو بوجھل کردیتا ہے۔ کپڑے کو پرانا کردیتا ہے۔ اور دبی ہوئی بیماری کو باہر نکال دیتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair se riwayat hai. Kehte hain ki Haris bin Kalda jo ke pur Arab ke tabib thay. Kehte hain. Main sooraj ko teen wajah se napasand karta hun. Hawa ko bojhhal kar deta hai. Kapde ko purana kar deta hai. Aur dabi hui bimari ko bahar nikal deta hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Mahfooz bin Alqama that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw a man (standing) in the sun, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Go to the shade. Verily, it is a blessed thing."
حضرت محفوظ بن علقمہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی کو دھوپ میں (کھڑے) دیکھا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” تم سایہ کی طرف چلے جاؤ۔ پس بلاشبہ وہ بابرکت چیز ہے۔ “
Hazrat Mahfooz bin Alqama se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ek aadmi ko dhoop mein (khade) dekha to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum saya ki taraf chale jao. Pas bila shuba woh babarkat cheez hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Qais, who said: "My father came while you (may peace be upon him) were delivering a sermon. And (coming) he stood in the sun in front of you (may peace be upon him), then you (may peace be upon him) commanded him, so he moved towards the shade."
حضرت قیس سے روایت ہے، کہتے ہیں کہ میرے والد اس حالت میں تشریف لائے جبکہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خطبہ ارشاد فرما رہے تھے۔ اور (آ کر) آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامنے دھوپ میں کھڑے ہوگئے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں حکم دیا تو وہ سایہ کی طرف چل دئیے۔
Hazrat Qais se riwayat hai, kehte hain ke mere walid iss halat mein tashreef laaye jabke aap khutba irshad farma rahe thay. Aur (aa kar) aap ke saamne dhoop mein kharay hogaye to aap ne unhein hukum diya to woh saya ki taraf chal diye.
