Regarding the offense of the son of the woman accused of adultery.
فِي جِنَايَةِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ

"Hazrat Zaid bin Wahab narrates that when Hazrat Ali used to stone a woman to death, he would say to her guardians, 'This is your daughter, you will inherit from her and she will inherit from you. And if she has committed any punishable mistake, then its guarantee will be upon you.'"
حضرت زید بن وھب فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت علی جب عورت کو سنگسار کرتے تو اس کے سرپرستوں سے فرماتے : یہ تمہارا بیٹا ہے تم اس کے وارث بنو گے اور یہ تمہارا وارث بنے گا اور اگر اس نے کوئی قابل سزا غلطی کی تو اس کا ضمان تم پر لازم ہوگا۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Wahab farmate hain keh Hazrat Ali jab aurat ko sangsar karte to us ke sarparasto se farmate: Yeh tumhara beta hai tum us ke waris banoge aur yeh tumhara waris banega aur agar us ne koi qabil saza ghalti ki to us ka zaman tum par lazim hoga.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Hazrat Ibrahim instructed: When a man has performed Li'an with his wife, then separation will be established between the two of them, and they will never be able to be together again. And that child will be affiliated with the maternal relatives of his mother. They will be the inheritors of that child, and they will pay the blood money on his behalf.
حضرت مغیرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابراہیم نے ارشاد فرمایا : جب آدمی نے اپنی بیوی سے لعان کیا تو ان دونوں کے درمیان تفریق کردی جائے گی اور وہ دونوں کبھی اکٹھے نہیں ہوسکیں گے اور اس بچہ کو اس کی ماں کے عصبہ رشتہ داروں سے ملادیا جائے گا وہی اس بچہ کے وارث ہوں گے اور اس کی طرف سے دیت ادا کریں گے۔
Hazrat Mugheera farmate hain ke Hazrat Ibrahim ne irshad farmaya : Jab aadmi ne apni biwi se liaan kiya to un donon ke darmiyaan tafreeq kardi jayegi aur wo donon kabhi ek saath nahin hoskenge aur is bache ko iski maan ke asaba rishtedaron se mila diya jayega wohi is bache ke waris honge aur iski taraf se dait ada karenge.
Hazrat Hammad narrates that Hazrat Ibrahim instructed: "The entire inheritance of a child will belong to his mother, and her blood relatives will fulfill the obligation of giving from her side. This same ruling will apply to the child of fornication and the child of a Christian man if his mother is Muslim."
حضرت حماد فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابراہیم نے ارشاد فرمایا : بچہ کی ساری کی ساری وراثت اس کی ماں کے لیے ہوگی اور اس کی طرف سے دیت اس کی ماں کے عصبی رشتہ دار ادا کریں گے یہ ہی حکم ولد زنا کا ہوگا اور عیسائی کے بچہ کا جبکہ اس کی ماں مسلمان ہو۔
Hazrat Hammad farmate hain keh Hazrat Ibrahim ne irshad farmaya: bache ki sari ki sari warasat uski maan ke liye hogi aur uski taraf se dait uski maan ke asabi rishtedar ada karenge yahi hukum walad zina ka hoga aur eesai ke bache ka jabke uski maan musalman ho.
