It is narrated from Ubadah bin As-Samit that if the testator has named the Mujahideen (those who strive/fight in the cause of Allah), then that thing should be given to the Mujahideen, otherwise, obedience to Allah Almighty is the way for him.
عباد بن عوام سے روایت ہے کہ اگر اس وصیت کرنے والے نے مجاہد ین کا نام لیا تھا تو مجاہدین کو وہ چیز دے دی جائے، ورنہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی فرمان برداری اس کا راستہ ہے۔
Ibad bin Awam se riwayat hai ke agar is wasiyat karne wale ne mujahidin ka naam liya tha to mujahidin ko woh cheez de di jaye warna Allah Taala ki farmanbardari uska rasta hai
It is narrated from Abu Habibah that Abu ad-Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the man who bequeaths something to be given in the cause of Allah, that it should be given to the Mujahideen.
ابو حبیبہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ابو الدردائ (رض) نے اس آدمی کے بارے میں فرمایا جس نے کسی چیز کو اللہ کے راستے میں دینے کی وصیت کی ، کہ وہ مجاہدین کو دی جائے گی۔
Abu Habibah se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Abu al-Darda (RA) ne us aadmi ke baare mein farmaya jisne kisi cheez ko Allah ke raste mein dene ki wasiyat ki, keh woh mujahideen ko di jayegi.
Anas bin Sirin said that a woman made a will to give thirty dirhams in the way of Allah. I asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) at the time of Farewell Hajj, "A woman made a will to give thirty dirhams in the way of Allah. Should we spend those dirhams in Hajj?" He replied, "Hajj is also one of the ways of Allah."
انس بن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے اللہ کے راستے میں تیس درہم دینے کی وصیت کی ، میں نے جدائی کے زمانے میں حضرت ابن عمر (رض) سے عرض کیا کہ ایک عورت نے اللہ کے راستے میں تیس درہم دینے کی وصیت کی ہے کیا ہم وہ درہم حج میں لگا دیں ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : حج بھی اللہ کے راستوں میں سے ایک راستہ ہے۔
Anas bin Sireen farmate hain ke ek aurat ne Allah ke raste mein tees darham dene ki wasiyat ki, main ne judai ke zamane mein Hazrat Ibn Umar (RA) se arz kiya ke ek aurat ne Allah ke raste mein tees darham dene ki wasiyat ki hai kya hum woh darham Hajj mein laga den? Aap ne farmaya: Hajj bhi Allah ke raston mein se ek rasta hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Waqid ibn Muhammad ibn Zayd that a man left some property at the time of his death and willed that it should be spent in the way of Allah. The executor of his will mentioned this matter before 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), whereupon you said: Give this property to those who work in the way of Allah. He asked: Who are those who work in the way of Allah? You replied: The pilgrims of the House of Allah (Ka'bah).
واقد بن محمد بن زید سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے مرتے وقت کچھ مال چھوڑا اور اس کو اللہ کے راستے میں دینے کی وصیت کر گیا، اس کی وصیت کے ذمہ دار نے یہ بات حضرت عمر (رض) کے سامنے ذکر کی تو آپ نے فرمایا وہ مال اللہ تعالیٰ کے کام کرنے والوں کو دے دو ، اس نے پوچھا اللہ تعالیٰ کے کام کرنے والے کون ہیں ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : بیت اللہ کے حاجی۔
Waqid bin Muhammad bin Zaid se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi ne marte waqt kuch maal chhora aur usko Allah ke raste mein dene ki wasiyat kar gaya, uski wasiyat ke zimmedar ne yeh baat Hazrat Umar (Raz) ke samne zikar ki to aap ne farmaya woh maal Allah ta'ala ke kaam karne walon ko de do, usne poocha Allah ta'ala ke kaam karne wale kaun hain? Aap ne farmaya: Baitullah ke Haji.
Ayman bin Nabeel narrates that a man asked Hazrat Mujahid about the man who said that all my belongings should be given in the way of Allah. He (Mujahid) said that there is no one path of Allah, rather everyone who does good deeds is on the path of Allah.
ایمن بن نابل فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے حضرت مجاہد سے اس آدمی کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے کہا تھا کہ میری ہر چیز اللہ کے راستے میں دے دی جائے، آپ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ کا کوئی ایک راستہ نہیں ، بلکہ ہر نیک عمل کرنے والا، اللہ تعالیٰ کے راستے میں ہے۔
Aiman bin Naabal farmate hain ke ek aadmi ne Hazrat Mujahid se us aadmi ke bare mein poocha jis ne kaha tha ke meri har cheez Allah ke raste mein de di jaye, aap ne farmaya Allah Ta'ala ka koi ek rasta nahin, balke har nek amal karne wala, Allah Ta'ala ke raste mein hai.
Anas bin Sirin said that a man bequeathed something to be given in the way of Allah. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Hajj is also the way of Allah."
انس بن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے ایک چیز اللہ کے راستے میں دینے کی وصیت کی، حضرت ابن عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : حج بھی اللہ کا راستہ ہے۔
