It is narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever prays the Chast prayer, all his sins will be forgiven, even if they are like the foam of the sea."
حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ جس شخص نے چاشت کی نماز پڑھی اس کے سارے گناہ معاف کردیئے جاتے ہیں خواہ وہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہوں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh jis shakhs ne chast ki namaz parhi uske sare gunah maaf kar diye jate hain chahe woh samandar ki jhaag ke barabar hon.
Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam states that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) visited the people of Quba while they were offering Chasht prayer. Seeing them, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that when the baby camel sits on the sand at the time of Chasht, then the Aabideen (those who turn to Allah) offer prayer.
حضرت زید بن ارقم فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اہلِ قبا کے پاس تشریف لائے تو وہ چاشت کے وقت نماز پڑھ رہے تھے۔ حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں دیکھ کر فرمایا کہ چاشت کے وقت جب اونٹنی کا بچہ ریت پر بیٹھ جاتا ہے تو اس وقت اوابین (اللہ کی طرف رجوع کرنے والے) نماز پڑھتے ہں ف۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam farmate hain ki ek martaba Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ahle Quba ke paas tashreef laaye to wo chast ke waqt namaz parh rahe thay. Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne unhen dekh kar farmaya ki chast ke waqt jab untni ka bachcha ret par baith jata hai to us waqt awabeen (Allah ki taraf ruju karne wale) namaz parhte hain.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Shaqiq narrates that I asked Hazrat Aisha whether Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to offer Chasht prayer? She replied no, however, if he returned from a journey then he would offer this prayer.
حضرت عبداللہ بن شقیق کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ سے سوال کیا کہ نبی پاک حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) چاشت کی نماز پڑھا کرتے تھے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا نہیں، البتہ اگر سفر سے واپس تشریف لاتے تو پھر اس نماز کو ادا کیا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Shaqiq kehte hain ke maine Hazrat Ayesha se sawal kiya ke Nabi Pak Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Chast ki namaz parha karte thay? Unhon ne farmaya nahi, albatta agar safar se wapas tashreef laate to phir is namaz ko ada kiya karte thay.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah narrated that: Make it compulsory upon yourselves to offer Chast prayer, it is better for you than a black coloured she-camel carrying many things.
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ چاشت کے سجدوں کو اپنے اوپر لازم کرلو، یہ تمہارے لیے کالے رنگ کی دو بحتری کے حمل سے بہتر ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah farmate hain ke chaasht ke sajdon ko apne upar lazim karlo, yeh tumhare liye kale rang ki do bahtari ke hamal se behtar hai.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas was asked about Hazrat Ukarmah's Chast prayer. He replied that he used to offer it one day and then leave it for ten days.
حضرت عکرمہ سے حضرت ابن عباس کی چاشت کی نماز کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ وہ اسے ایک دن پڑھتے تھے اور دس دن چھوڑتے تھے۔
Hazrat Akarma se Hazrat Ibn Abbas ki chasht ki namaz ke baare mein sawal kiya gaya to unhon ne farmaya keh woh use ek din parhte thay aur dus din chhorte thay.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas was asked about Chast prayer, he said that it is mentioned in the Holy Quran. But only those who ponder can reach it. Allah Almighty says (translation): In houses, which Allah has ordered to be exalted and His name to be remembered in them, in them (morning and evening) they glorify Allah.
حضرت ابن عباس سے چاشت کی نماز کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ اس کا ذکر تو قرآن مجید میں بھی ہے۔ لیکن اس تک وہی پہنچ سکتا ہے جو غور وفکر کرنے والا ہو۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں (ترجمہ) ان گھروں میں جن کی تعظیم کرنے اور ان میں اس کا نام یاد کرنے کا اللہ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ ان میں صبح شام اللہ کی تسبیح پڑھتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se chast ki namaz ke baare mein sawal kiya gaya to unhon ne farmaya ke iska zikar to Quran Majeed mein bhi hai. Lekin is tak wohi pohanch sakta hai jo gor o fikr karne wala ho. Allah Ta'ala farmate hain (tarjuma) in gharon mein jin ki tazeem karne aur in mein iska naam yaad karne ka Allah ne hukum diya hai ke in mein subah sham Allah ki tasbeeh parhte hain.
Hazrat Mutahhar bin Juwairiya says that I saw Hazrat Zuhaak praying Chasht prayer. And I saw Hazrat Abu Majliz praying Chasht prayer in his house.
حضرت مطہر بن جویریہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت ضحاک کو چاشت کی نماز پڑھتے دیکھا ہے۔ اور میں نے حضرت ابومجلز کو ان کے گھر میں چاشت کی نماز پڑھتے دیکھا ہے۔
Hazrat Mutahhar bin Juwairiah kahte hain ke maine Hazrat Dahak ko chast ki namaz parhte dekha hai aur maine Hazrat Abu Majliz ko unke ghar mein chast ki namaz parhte dekha hai
Hazrat Saeed bin Amr Qarshi says that my father left me with Hazrat Ibn Umar so that I could acquire knowledge from him. I never saw him praying Chast prayer. If people used to pray Chast, he would say that this nafl prayer feels so good and new.
حضرت سعید بن عمرو قرشی کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے میرے والد نے حضرت ابن عمر کے پاس چھوڑ دیا تاکہ میں ان سے علم حاصل کروں۔ میں نے انھیں کبھی چاشت کی نماز پڑھتے نہیں دیکھا۔ اگر لوگ چاشت کی نماز پڑھتے تو وہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ نفل نماز کتنی اچھی نئی بات محسوس ہوتی ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Amro Qarshi kahte hain ke mujhe mere walid ne Hazrat Ibn Umar ke paas chhor diya taake main un se ilm hasil karoon. Maine unhen kabhi chaast ki namaz parhte nahi dekha. Agar log chaast ki namaz parhte to wo kahte hain ke yeh nafil namaz kitni acchi nayi baat mehsoos hoti hai.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that my close friend (Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him) advised me to offer Chast prayer (forenoon prayer) because it is the prayer of the righteous who constantly turn to Allah.
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے میرے خلیل نے وصیت کی کہ میں چاشت کی نماز پڑھوں کیونکہ یہ اوابین (اللہ کی طرف رجوع کرنے والے نیک بندوں) کی نماز ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira farmate hain ke mujhe mere khalil ne wasiyat ki ke mein chaast ki namaz parhun kyunki yeh awabin (Allah ki taraf rujoo karne wale nek bandon) ki namaz hai.
