Hazrat Ibn Abbas narrates that once in Ramadan, I was asleep when a man came to me and said that today is Laylat al-Qadr. I woke up in a state of sleep and grabbed a rope of the Holy Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) tent and came to your service, so you were praying. I estimated the night, so it was the twenty-third night of Ramadan. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas narrates that Satan rises with the sun every night except on Laylat al-Qadr. That is why on the day of Laylat al-Qadr, the sun rises in a white state without rays.
حضرت ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں رمضان میں سویا ہوا تھا کہ ایک آدمی میرے پاس آیا اور اس نے کہا کہ آج شبِ قدر ہے۔ میں نیند کی حالت میں بیدار ہوا اور نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے خیمہ کی ایکرسی کو پکڑ کر آپ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو آپ نماز پڑھ رہے تھے۔ میں نے رات کا اندازہ لگایا تو وہ رمضان کی تیئسویں رات تھی۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ شیطان شبِ قدر کے علاوہ ہر رات سورج کے ساتھ برآمد ہوتا ہے۔ اسی وجہ سے شب قدر کے دن سورج سفید حالت میں بغیر کرنوں کے طلوع ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas farmate hain keh aik martaba mein Ramzan mein soya hua tha keh aik aadmi mere pass aaya aur us ne kaha keh aaj Shab e Qadar hai. Mein neend ki halat mein bedar hua aur Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke khaima ki ek arsi ko pakar kar aap ki khidmat mein haazir hua to aap namaz parh rahe thay. Mein ne raat ka andaza lagaya to woh Ramzan ki teeswein raat thi. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas farmate hain keh Shaitan Shab e Qadar ke ilawa har raat suraj ke sath bar aamad hota hai. Isi wajah se Shab e Qadar ke din suraj safaid halat mein baghair kirnon ke talu hota hai.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Seek the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr) in the last ten nights of Ramadan.
حضرت ابن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کی آخری دس راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Seek Laylat al-Qadr in the last ten nights of Ramadan.
حضرت عائشہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کی آخری دس راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Ayesha se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya ke Shab e Qadr ko Ramzan ki aakhri das raaton mein talaash karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Faltan bin Asim that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I had seen the night of Qadr but then it was made forgotten to me. So, search for it in the odd nights of the last ten days (of Ramadan)."
حضرت فلتان بن عاصم سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ میں نے شبِ قدر دیکھی تھی پھر مجھے بھلادی گئی۔ تم اسے آخری عشرے کی طاق راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Faltaan bin Aasim se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh mein ne Shab e Qadr dekhi thi phir mujhe bhula di gayi. Tum isay aakhri ashray ki taak raaton mein talaash karo.
Hazrat Abdullah narrates that search for Shab-e-Qadr on the 23rd, 21st and 19th night of Ramadan. And look for Shab-e-Qadr on the morning of the 14th. Because the sun rises every day between the two horns of Satan, except on the morning of the 14th, because on this day the sun is clear and there are no rays in it.
حضرت عبداللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کی تیئسویں، اکیسویں اور انیسویں راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔ اور شبِ قدر کو چودھویں رات کی صبح میں تلاش کرو۔ کیونکہ سورج ہر روز شیطان کے دو سینگوں کے درمیان سے طلوع ہوتا ہے، سوائے چودھویں کی صبح کے، کیونکہ اس میں سورج صاف ہوتا ہے اور اس میں کرنیں نہیں ہوتیں۔
Hazrat Abdullah farmate hain keh Shab e Qadr ko Ramzan ki teisvi, ikkisvi aur unnisvi raaton mein talaash karo. Aur Shab e Qadr ko chaudhvi raat ki subah mein talaash karo. Kyun k suraj har roz shetan k do seengon k darmiyan se tulu hota hai, siwae chaudhvi ki subah k, kyun k us mein suraj saaf hota hai aur us mein kirnen nahi hoti.
Hazrat Hawt Khazaai narrates that I asked Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam about the Night of Power (Laylat al-Qadr), and he said without any doubt, the Night of Power is the nineteenth night, which is the night of Furqan. This is the night when the two armies met.
حضرت حوط خزاعی فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت زید بن ارقم سے شبِ قدر کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ بغیر کسی شک کے شبِ قدر انیسویں رات ہے، جو کہ فرقان کی رات ہے۔ یہ وہ رات ہے جس میں دو لشکر باہم ملے۔
Hazrat Haut Khazai farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam se Shab e Qadr ke bare mein sawal kiya to unhon ne farmaya keh baghair kisi shak ke Shab e Qadr uniswein raat hai, jo keh Furqan ki raat hai. Yeh woh raat hai jis mein do lashkar baham mile.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Bakr that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Seek Laylat al-Qadr in the last ten nights of Ramadan. Seek it on the twenty-first, twenty-third, twenty-fifth, twenty-seventh, or the last night.
حضرت ابو بکرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کی آخری دس راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔ اکیسویں، تیئسویں، پچیسویں، ستائیسویں یا آخری رات میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Bakra se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh Shab e Qadr ko Ramzan ki akhri das raaton mein talash karo. Ikeeswein, teiswein, pachcheeswein, sataiswein ya akhri raat mein talash karo.
Hazrat Abi Bin Ka'ab used to say that Shab-e-Qadr is on the twenty-seventh night, this is the same night about which Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that on this night the sun rises white and bright.
حضرت ابی بن کعب فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ شبِ قدر ستائیسویں رات ہے، یہ وہی رات ہے جس کے بارے میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا تھا کہ اس رات سورج سفید اور روشن طلوع ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Ubay bin Ka'ab farmaya karte thay keh Shab e Qadr sattaivi raat hai, yeh wohi raat hai jis ke bare mein Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya tha keh iss raat sooraj safeid aur roshan talu hota hai.
Hazrat Zar bin Hubaysh narrates that when it is the twenty-seventh night of Ramadan, take a bath. If any of you can delay his Iftar until dawn on this night, he should do so. Also, he should break his fast with lassi on this day.
حضرت زر بن حبیش فرماتے ہیں کہ جب رمضان کی ستائیسویں رات ہو تو غسل کرو۔ اس رات میں اگر تم میں سے کوئی اپنی افطاری کو سحر تک مؤخر کرسکے تو کرلے، نیز اسے چاہیے کہ اس دن لسی سے افطار کرے۔
Hazrat Zarr bin Hubaysh farmate hain keh jab Ramzan ki satayisvin raat ho to ghusal karo Iss raat mein agar tum mein se koi apni iftari ko sehar tak moakhir karsake to karle, neez isay chahiye keh iss din lassi se iftar kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek the Night of Qadr in the last ten days of Ramadan."
حضرت جابر بن سمرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ شبِ قدر کو رمضان کے آخری عشرے میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Samra se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya ke Shab e Qadr ko Ramzan ke aakhri ashray mein talash karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I was shown the Night of Qadr, then it was made forgotten. So seek it in the odd nights of the last ten days (of Ramadan)."
حضرت ابو سعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ مجھے شبِ قدر دکھائی گئی تھی، پھر بھلا دی گئی۔ تم اسے آخری عشرے کی طاق راتوں میں تلاش کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh mujhe Shab e Qadr dikhai gayi thi, phir bhula di gayi. Tum ise aakhri ashray ki taaq raaton mein talaash karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Seek the Night of Power in the last ten days of Ramadan.
