Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14471
Hazrat As-Sahab bin Jathamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that in the place of Abwa or the place of Wadaan, I presented the meat of a wild donkey to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were in the state of Ihram. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned it and said: We had no right to return this meat to you, but we are in the state of Ihram.
حضرت الصعب بن جثامہ فرماتے ہیں کہ مقام ابواء یا مقام ودّان میں، میں نے رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حمار وحشی کا گوشت پیش کیا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) حالت احرام میں تھے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو لوٹا دیا اور فرمایا : ہمیں یہ گوشت واپس تیری طرف لوٹانے کا کوئی حق نہ تھا، مگر ہم حالت احرام میں ہیں۔
Hazrat As'hab bin Juthama farmate hain ki maqam Abwa ya maqam Widdan mein, mein ne Rasul Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein himar wahshi ka gosht pesh kiya aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) halat ehram mein thay, aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is ko luta diya aur farmaya : humain yeh gosht wapas tumhari taraf lautane ka koi haq nah tha, magar hum halat ehram mein hain.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ قَالَ : أَهْدَيْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِالْأَبْوَاءِ أَوْ بِوَدَّانَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، قَالَ : فَرَدَّهُ : وَقَالَ : « إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنَّا رَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ ، وَلَكِنَّا حُرُمٌ »
