كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ In the missing man who comes and his wife has married
فِي الْمَفْقُودِ يَجِيءُ وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 16727
Hazrat Shabi states that if a missing person's wife remarries and then the first husband returns, the wife will remain the wife of the second husband (to whom she married after the first one went missing).
حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں کہ گم شدہ آدمی کی شادی کرنے والی بیوی خاوند کے واپس آجانے کی صورت میں پہلے کی بیوی ہے۔
Hazrat Shabi farmate hain ke gumshuda aadmi ki shadi karne wali biwi khawanad ke wapas ajane ki soorat mein pehle ki biwi hai.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ غُنْدَرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَيَّارٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « امْرَأَةُ الْمَفْقُودِ امْرَأَةُ الْأَوَّلِ »
