Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 17068
The father of Iyas ibn Salamah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted temporary marriage in the year of the Battle of Autas, and then he prohibited it.
حضرت ایاس بن سلمہ کے والد فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اوطاس والے سال میں متعہ کی اجازت دی تھی، پھر اس سے منع فرمادیا۔
Hazrat Iyas bin Salma ke walid farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne autas wale saal mein mut'ah ki ijazat di thi, phir is se mana farma diya.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : نا أَبُو الْعُمَيْسِ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : « رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَامَ أَوْطَاسٍ فِي الْمُتْعَةِ ثَلَاثًا ، ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنْهَا »
