كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
On the man who acknowledges his child, who said he cannot deny him
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقِرُّ بِوَلَدِهِ مَنْ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْفِيَهُ

Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S) states that if a person acknowledges a child and then denies it, he will curse according to the book of Allah. And, according to the decision of Rasulullah (SAW), the child will belong to him (the one who acknowledged).
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک آدمی نے بچے کا اقرار کیا پھر اس کا انکار کیا تو وہ اللہ کی کتاب کے مطابق لعان کرے گا، اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے فیصلے کے مطابق بچہ اسی کا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh agar aik aadmi ne bachay ka iqrar kiya phir us ka inkar kiya to woh Allah ki kitaab ke mutabiq lian kare ga, aur Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke faisle ke mutabiq baccha usi ka hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقِرُّ بِوَلَدِهِ ، ثُمَّ يَنْتَفِي مِنْهُ قَالَ : « يُلَاعِنُ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ ، وَيَلْزَمُ الْوَلَدُ بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ »
