كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: The profit is according to what they agreed upon, and the loss is on the principal amount
مَنْ قَالَ: الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ

Hazrat Ali (R.A) said about the profit and loss of investors that profit will be distributed according to the invested amount and loss will be beard from the original capital
حضرت علی (رض) مضاربت اور شراکت کرنے والوں کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ نفع طے شدہ حصے کے بقدر اور نقصان اصل مال میں سے ہوگا۔
Hazrat Ali (RA) muzarbat aur shirakat karnay walon kay baray mein farmatay hain kay nafa tay shuda hissay kay baqadr aur nuqsan asal maal mein se hoga.
نَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الْمُضَارَبَةِ أَوِ الشَّرِيكَيْنِ - قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : لَا أَدْرِي أَيَّهُمَا قَالَ -: « الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى الْمَالِ »
