كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On a man buying something without looking at it, who said: He has the choice when he sees it, if he wishes, he can take it, and if he wishes, he can leave it
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الشَّيْءَ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ مَنْ قَالَ: هُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا رَآهُ إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ

Ibn Sirin said that if the thing turns out to be according to the folded description, he cannot return it.
ابن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر وہ چیز طے شدہ وصف کے مطابق نکلی تو واپس نہیں کرسکتا۔
