كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
On a man buying something without looking at it, who said: He has the choice when he sees it, if he wishes, he can take it, and if he wishes, he can leave it
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الشَّيْءَ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ مَنْ قَالَ: هُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا رَآهُ إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ

Hazrat Harith says that if a person has bought a certain amount of wheat and then the merchants looked at each other, despite that, the sale will remain valid. Yes, of course, if there is any apparent defect, he can terminate it.
حضرت حارث فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی آدمی نے گندم کی ایک مخصوص مقدار خریدی اور پھر تاجروں نے ایک دوسرے کی طرف دیکھا تو اس کے باوجود وہ بیع قائم رہے گی۔ ہاں البتہ اگر ظاہر میں کوئی عیب نظر آئے تو ختم کرسکتا ہے۔
Hazrat Haris farmate hain ke agar kisi aadmi ne gandam ki aik makhsus miqdar kharidi aur phir tajiron ne aik dusre ki taraf dekha to iske bawajood woh bai qaem rahe gi Haan albatta agar zahir mein koi aib nazar aaye to khatam karsakta hai
نَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْعِدْلَ مِنَ الْبُرِّ فَنَظَرَ بَعْضُ التُّجَّارِ إِلَى بَعْضِهِ ، فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ إِذَا لَمْ يَرَ عَوَارًا فِيمَا ، لَمْ يَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ »
