Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 21478
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said about a mother whose child is a slave that her child will set her free even if he is not a full child.
حضرت عمر (رض) ام ولد کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں کہ اس کا بچہ اس کو آزاد کرا دے گا اگرچہ وہ ناتمام بچہ ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) umm walad ke mutalliq farmate hain ke uska baccha usko azad kara dega agarche wo natamam baccha hi kyun na ho.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ : « أَعْتَقَهَا وَلَدُهَا ، وَإِنْ كَانَ سِقْطًا »
