١٧-
كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ A man buys a female slave with the condition that he neither sells nor gifts her.
الرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا يَبِيعَ وَلَا يَهَبَ

Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): "Do not go near him."
حضرت عمر (رض) نے حضرت عبداللہ (رض) سے فرمایا : اس کے قریب مت جاؤ۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) ne Hazrat Abdullah (RA) se farmaya: Is ke qareeb mat jao.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ لِعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ : « لَا يَقْرَبُهَا »
