Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22617
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said: "A house belonging to a person with a life interest is part of his inheritance or else it is permissible."
حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : عمری والا مکان اس میں رہنے والے کی میراث ہے یا پھر جائز فرمایا۔
Huzur Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Umri wala makaan us mein rehne wale ki miraas hai ya phir jaiz farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا »
