كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: 'If the two disputants agree on one person’s statement, it is binding on both.'
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا رَضِيَ الْخَصْمَانِ بِقَوْلِ رَجُلٍ، جَازَ عَلَيْهِمَا

Hazrat Shabi (R.A) said that if those who are arguing agree to accept the word of one person among them, then it is permissible for them to act upon his word.
حضرت شعبی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر جھگڑنے والے کسی ایک شخص کی بات پر راضی ہوجائیں تو ان پر اس کی بات پر عمل کرنا جائز ہے۔
Hazrat Shabi (RA) farmate hain ke agar jhagrne wale kisi aik shakhs ki baat par raazi hojaen to un par us ki baat par amal karna jaiz hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُبَارِكٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا رَضِيَ الْخَصْمَانِ بِقَوْلِ رَجُلٍ ، جَازَ عَلَيْهِمَا مَا قَالَ »
